So as soon as we hear that the baby is here, it's your job, with Connor's help, to rush out and grab as many cabbages as you can and bring them to the kitchen. Through the back door, not through here; this room will be chaotic."

DAGMAR whittles away...and a shape is forming..

Her hands are taking the lead, as her mind is going in little circles.

and Clem says "Like using a drum beat, heart beat, and more..think of it as the mother and baby providing percussion as you sing song for example"

Tove groans then says "Clem! Sylvi... do you have any magic that might help... with.. I'm sorry, I want a natural birth but.. oh geez"

Clem says to Sylvi "Okay... now , this is where you fuddle the sensations... instead of pain... she's going to hear songbirds..very soft.. ..as the base. Okay?"

"I...okay...are you doing it, or me?" Sylvi asks, biting her lip. This looks REALLY painful.

Clem looks at Sylvi, "You are... this is now your duty and you don't have time to worry about how this makes you feel. Do you? The patient NEEDS you"

A blink and a nod. "Yes'm." A momentary pause as she senses the bunk, and then grins. She hooks her thumbs together and makes a bird's flapping wings with her fingers, circling them over Tove's belly, humming the melody of the Beatles' Blackbird.

Zane trots in "Hey... htere are amazons out there. I kind of fuddled them so they think McGillicudy's mail box is a MALE box... but it seemed like a small sacrifice to save half the population"

Snort-grin.

Sylvi's magic flows and... Tove's gasps dim... and she smiles "thanks..."

Clem says "tove, the volume of the bird songs is important... if it gets too loud you let me know"

"No problem," Sylvi murmurs and moves back to be out of the way unless needed. "If you need anything...."

An eyebrow at Zane from Brekke. "We must talk about the tormenting of that woman."

"Just listen and learn , darling... " Clem says "It may seem wild, but this is all natural"

Zane looks at Brekke "Why, you want in on it?" A blink "Sorry, that just slipped out. "

Sylvi mutters something about never ever having kids.

"She sorta invites it."

Clem rolls her eyes "Many a woman says that, and some stick it, but not as many as you think"

"I do not, no," Brekke replies, though a grin might be trying to escape as she heads back out to work on the garden.

If Zane has any thoughts of talking to Kerri right now, he might decide against them. She looks BUSY.

Zane is not... instead he ..gathers papers? And pen

And Dagmar is shaping something that... well, she's probably not looking at it

Gerd is calling "No, Siv. We don't need Emma. No way am I telling a woman who can turn me into a tree and plant me that I think she needs a second opinion"

"Siv is on her way" Gerd announces then mutters"Because, you know, more people is what we need"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah..." Frustrated. "Think I could just go up and check in?"

"Tell them it's my fault if you want, " Torin says "Because i'm really tempted to do the same"

A harrumph. and she sneaks upstairs. Well, at least she doesn't tromp.

"Now... push... the fuddle is fading so you should be feeling things again..."

She peeks in the door!

"I DID do little more.. you greedy .... ARGH!"

"ONE BIG PUSH!" And through the door... Dagmar can see Clem like a baseball catcher ..

"And there he is.." Clem says as...

well, fortunately, Tove's legs are blocking the view... but .... it would appear Clem at least sees the head

Sylvi nearby is watching with WIDE yet attentive eyes (And perhpas reaffrming she will never have children)

Jaymes just holds onto Tove's hand like a life line.

Clem sees utterly unfazed. And then.. then there IS a wrigly and none too clean body

"Jaymes, would you like to cut the cord?" Clem says offering up a small but Incredibly sharp tool
