Eyes widen. "You think May is sick?"

"Well, if she's not, I'll bet she's crazy worried about being sick. I mean...that was a LOT of chimera for somebody to be producing, but we know she's strong like that."

"If only we had some way of sending letters across the void to ask folks how they're doing" The pooka says running fingers in the water

"Yeah, but..." Sylvi pulls her phone from her pocket. "It went into the drink with me. Maybe it's not too bad....?" A hopeful note.

She tries to turn on her phone.

Furrow. She checks her phone.

And she might worry she's lost her text history with Colton

"So you soak it in rice for awhile, and then later you speak Japanese" Tiffany says showing Sylvi a trick to save her phone.

A dubious look. "Japanese, huh?" But she's heard about the rice trick, and thus her phone is getting comfortable in a bed of dry grain.

Tiffany nods, "Well, you can't say Chinese- that's racist" She says.

Margalita fusses, "If you let me open it up and tweak it a bit I could furking make it better I bet... "

"Oh, geez..." Sylvi sighs at the pooka humor.

the 11 year old has nosed into the situation.

"Um...no, thanks, Margalita. I kind of like it the way it is...or at least the way it was before it went swimming with me. Y'know...troll." An apologetic shrug, hoping her kith will get her off the hook for future innovative suggestions.

Margalita says "Ffff.. you're not a typical sothead, you use social furking media and stuff. We'll get you up to speed."

"no no, if the troll goes over 5.5 years ahead of others, She explodes" Tiffany says "they made a movie about this long time ago"

Another dubious look at Tiffany before saying to Margalita. "Well, maybe it's a super-seelie thing, then. Y'know, not liking change and stuff?" Another exaggerated shrug. "What can ya do?"

"But you're not super Seelie, you're like, seelie lite" Margalita says

Tiffany looks at Margalita, "Hey kiddo, if she says she's superseelie, then don't go putting glasses on Clark. "

"Yes, Tiffany" Margalita sighs, then asks "So , Sylvi, you got it wet in the lake fighting monsters?"

"Well...yeah. I mean, the monsters...the chimera...they were chasing us Eve, and then when Dagmar and I hit them, we started to get sick, so I turned the lake into a Well of Life and we jumped in. The really cool part was then Dagmar took the water from the glamoured water from the lake, and used it to freeze most of the rest of the chimera. There were a LOT of them. Then Eve tugged the rest of them into the water with...well, I guess it was a gimmix...."

"Okay, this is getting michael bay level sedate...Woosh Brr Boom?" Tiffany says

"Pretty much, yeah. And then...." She stops uncertainly.

"And thennnnnn?" The pooka says

"Um. Then...we won. So...yeah." A shrug, and a bit of a blush.

"Wish I furking new spring magics" The nocker says

"Really?" Sylvi looks at her curiously. "I thought you'd be more into stuff like Primal or something."

"Why the furk would I want primal? Everyone here has it" She says

"Or...oh, what's that one with the...the stuff....Oh! Infusion."

"Oh..yeah, well, not many nockers around here to learn from but spring might have all sorts of applications. "

"Well...Bertand's not here, but maybe I could put you in touch with him. He specializes in glass, and he's amazing. But...how do you see spring working with nocker creations?"

"Unrusting parts? Using it for new inspiration by applying it to your own nog"

"Oh. Huh. Yeah, I can see that. That's neat...I usually think of it in terms of healing people or curing them, but yeah, it could do that, too. Cool seeing it from another perspective." She thinks. "I don't know if I'm good enough to teach you, yet."
