"Depends on what form it takes? Children will sass, some meaning no harm."

Leonora says "We were supposed to stop that as childlings?"

"What if it is a noble child?"

"Well, I suppose I hope the childling understands trying to dictum me is is a sure fire ticket to time out land."

Leonora smirks

She nods, considering. "Do you have any experience with... well... trauma?"

"From my college days, we had ..field experience. Wasn't pleasant."

"But I did encounter it."

"I'd want you to meet the kids. Some of them... have been through a lot."

"That's quite sensible, and I know i'm not the only applicant."

"Who knows, you might not like them!"

"Though, to be honest, it's kind of hard not to."

"Ha. I like most kids anyway, but I'm glad to hear you think well of them. Can I just say, wehter I get this job or not, this 'warder' job is a wonderful idea? More holds should do it"

She beams. "Thanks! Now, they do have lessons with different mentors... you wouldn't be expected to do and be everything for all of them."

"Look forward to working with them then" He smiles//Leonora smiles "I think we should see the others, but offer Mr. Bowman a guest room while decesions are made and invite him to Imbolc regardless."

"Of course. Please, take haven over the holiday."

"Thank you muchly, ladies." He rises and bows.

"And you...."

She waits for him to leave, before glancing at the others. "Ever notice how hard it is to get a read on piskies? Nice enough, but...."

"they blend" A nod from Jennette, "They are both alike and opposite of the Eshu! Eshu travel and sstand out, demanding the spotlight. Piskie's come in and blend doing the stuff others might overlook but needs doing. " //"Kind of a boggan Eshu hybrid?" Leonora asks

"He does seem to genuinely care about children. But I do want to see him against Caitir."

"what, is she the monster in the moat now?" Leonora asks

a bit amused

"She IS a force of nature."

"And I think she'd be blunt and challenge him. The pooka will prank, maybe, and Honoria is just so well behaved..."

"So well behaved" Jennette approves/ "Kid needs some fun" Leonora says

Inish will open the door again "Got time for another or is that it for the night?"

"I'm good. Ladies?"

"Certainly" //"No problem, let it rip"

"And yes - Honoria needs to get in a little bit of trouble."

"....but I wouldn't put that past Ringleader Caitir, either."

"Not sure we need to encourage trouble OR ringlleading" Inish mutters and then motions the next to come in

"Well, that's true too..."

The next applicant is boggan, unusual not in her build, but the asian american descent. "this is Miss Lee Hi" The boggan nods as Inish introduces her , her severe bun not daring to wobble.

"Miss Lee." A nod, polite. Her wings are still casually wrapped around her like a feathered cloak.

"I am here for the position of warder? I can make great students of your childlings. I will teach them discipline. pride in their work. I am a Tiger Nanny."

Leonora was mentored by a boggan, but she has a vague 'wtf?' look at the term 'tiger nanny'

She raises an eyebrow.

"So you are a governess?"

"Yes. My recomendations," She pulls out a list of papers. It would appear she has worked no less than three freeholds have mentioned her influence with words like 'extremely motivational' 'the kids feel strongly about her' 'their grades have improved to frightening levels'

Jennette peeks over to read the papers , "Glowing endorsements"

"Ah yes. 'Strongly." How do you feel about pranks?"

"I dislike them, and ddiscourage, but if the childlings are pooka they will have their pranks graded for originality, effort, quality of construction, and overall excellence. If the prank fails, they may have to do it again. Right this time"

A soft laugh. "We do have pooka."

"How about children that might need... gentleness?"

"Ah. Gentleness?" A raised brow "mm, I will help them take their weakness and pluck it out through hard work and absolute dedication to excellence."

"That'll do the trick." Leonora mutters.

"I am glad you agree" The boggan says overhearing

"Hard work is important. What about attitude? If the children don't wish to mind?"

"there are means to make it so if need be," Miss Lee says "My will is sufficient to deal with difficult childlings. Protocal also does wonders."
