She looks them both over. "You are healed and whole?"

"Little low on glamour" A shrug "But Dagmar gave a bit to Connor that perked him up"

"But... you're not mad at me... still?" Peering at Brekke, uncertain, but hoping.

Puzzled, she repeats, "I am not mad at you." Gentle but firm. Then bows her head a moment, and her hands grow warm on their shoulders...a little pulse of glamour, directly to each.

"Chief" Gerd pulls back too late "You're gonna need that for the joust"

Another deep inhale, and a somewhat grim look. "I am fine. I have served my liege, and...my people are whole. I am fine." She lets them go and rises. "Dame Dagmar, you are well?"

Connor wipes his eyes - well, his whole face, on Gerd's sleeve. At least it's the healing gown and not her festival wear.

"Me? Yeah. Stupid redcap dented my armor, I'll fix it later."

Gerd smiles a bit at her damp sleeve

A brow. "I could repair it before the joust?"

"I need to polish it up too. You have to be SHINY."

A hint of a grin at that. "Do you think you are up to the work for your knight, Squire Connor?"

Gerd smiles a bit as well at that

"I don't want you spending glamour before the joust - and it'll probably get dinged AGAIN then..."

"Hm. If it is functional, I will not, then."

He straightens up and nods defiantly. He'll be up to it if it kills him! It probably won't. Probably.

"Then...those of us who need to stay should stay. The others should depart and make room for those who need it."

A nod to the young group, and then she turns and leaves the healer's tent.

"You up to help with the joust then, Squire?"

"Good luck, Chieftain"

He nod nod nods. "Never!"

"Alright then!" She gets up and bellows "To Star!"

He rubs his ears! "To the stars!"

"And beyond! Zoom!"

"And I'm getting some decent clothes on" She waves

"Seeya Gerd!"

ANd Dag heads off to prep for her last big contest of the day.

Connor trots along with her.

As it turns out , there are smiths that tend to fixing armor. This IS Pennons

One of his hands attempts to sneak into hers. Perhaps not KNIGHTLY behavior, but.

Dagmar gives his hand a little squeeze.

And Nadeen says "Oh thank goodness" She looks a bit frantic, and tired

"Nadeen!" He says, and then, "I like what you did with your hair. It looks good that way." Polite, maybe she didn't realize how the storm had blown it. And maybe not a lie - Sidhe ALWAYS make it look good.

"hey Nadeen! My Squire's a hero!"

"Connor are you okay?" She ignores the hair comment, actually looking worried, then to Dagmar "I'm hearing crazy half rumors. Hero? What? Dagmar, I heard you ran down an assassin? Were you hurt?"

It would appear the normally placid Varich, having been hunting and failing to find Dagmar might be a bit hyped

"That's two for the swear jar." A solemn nod. "Gerd's leg fell off, but it got better."

"Me? Nah, not hurt."

Nadeen hugs her "When the storm came I thought one of you might have been in the center. The horses are fine by the way.. though I was terrified Spark was going to take off"

"Oh jeez..."

"THANK you for helping them!" A big, steel-plated hug.

"The little scamp looked eager to.." A little squeek at the hug, then a happy smile "You're welcome"

"Do we need to put weights on his feets?"

"No I don't think so . His mother is fussing over him now. Stormwake is a bit nuts. he looked like he wanted to FIGHT the thunder storm" A shake of her head then a smile "I think Aiden respects him"

"Stormwake is a good horse."

"Stormwake is a Troll horse." He says at the same time, then grins to Dagmar.

"Okay, now what's this about Connor being a hero? " Nadeen inquires, amused at the duo answer

His cheeks pink a bit. "It was Gerd, I was just there too."

"He was!" And so Nadeen gets the tale, as Dagmar knows it.

Nadeen listens, her eyes first curious, then widening with disbelief, then acceptence, and finally, she just looks impressed "Connor, if you weren't already a squire you would be after this."
