The pup thumps lightly to the ground, and wobbles over towards Aiden, who has produced a foil packet. It opens... and the smell of liver treats comes out.

Little noses rise into the air! They do not recognize this scent, but it's rich and gamey, pungent and tempting.

Ivan tells the little pups "As good as you think it smells? It tastes even better"

Ivan smells somethinnng over the liver?

Emerald and Prussian zip over to investigate!

Ivan smells... Troll-Lady-Gunpowder-Horses and... new person?!

Danica calls out, "I've escorted a visitor." As they come around the corner of the kennel building and into sight.

The puppies are mostly oblivious and swarming towards the treats, so Buck's first glimpse of the Unseelie Ailil Lord is him crouched and covered with fuzzy puptatos.

There is also a turquoise-haired nocker nearby.

"Hey folks" Buck makes blossom look like of the puppies by comparison in size. Broad shouldered, wide chest, and his horse parts as big as Clysdale or Freisan

Danica steps aside. "This is Buck, come from the DeBuke's, by way of River Vale. He requested a 3-day and wanted to see the pups as well."

"If it's no trouble? " Seeing the baron, he bows, roughly mind, but he tries

Aiden tries to stand up, but it takes a moment. "Gwen, if you please." Requesting assistance, he offers her the bag of liver snaps... and questing noses follow! Soon he is able to stand, though his dark clothing is quite mottled with shed puppyfur.

Gwen ttakes them duiffully

"It is no trouble. We have guest rooms aplenty, several sized for trolls as well." Aiden makes a mental note - he will speak with Nadeen and see that the new Guesthouse has at least a few rooms at ground level, with wide doorways, cushioned bed platforms, and open bay windows...

"Are you interested in our litter of Fae Mountain Dogs? The line is unproven, but promising. You see them before you." Clearly proud.

"Well, aren't those cute little buggers"

"Cute now. Soon they may grow as large as Ivan, there."

Ivan waits for his treat... patient, but... oh, his nose almost touching Gwen's arm, surely she won't forget to give HIM one? Gwen, HIS Gwen?!

The Nocker has a couple Nevers flitting about her head as well, as though she was a feeder and they hummingbirds.

Gwen softens, and then says "Ivan. Hold. Wait" On the nose.

Poorr Ivan waits.

A dark blue and warm green one have circled Buck before returning to the Nocker to report. (Chime!)

Buck looks at the never "you breed those too?"

A cough from Aiden.

"Not... quite."

Thistle's spirals turn pink. "Uh..."

"go ahead , Ivan. Good boy!" Gwen says

A snort, amused, from Danica!

Ivan boofs in joy and delicately snarfs the treat from her hand.

Gwen pets him "Good boy." She thenn turns to the pups "Their turn now." She offers bits to let the young onnes sniff

SNIFF SNIFF SNIFF SNIFF, tiny tails wagging so hard that their entire bodies wiggle. Now it's Gwen who is swarmed!

Aiden cannot help smiling, his austere expression softening a touch at the dogs.

Buck grinns openly "Okay.. these are the half Pyranness I was told about. "

Gwen ggives a chuff of a laugh, and skill fully guides and encourages, then gives one a liver bit, then another

He looks back to Buck, "Would you like a tour of the grounds? We also breed fine fae steeds, though I expect any interest on those parts would be aesthetic rather than practical as a rider. Unless the DeBuke's are interested, though I must state that we do not have plain draft beasts."

"Well, I can't speak for the Debukes exactly, sir.. ah Baron" he corrects "But happy to look around. I know it's an odd question to ask, but is there any fae hound breed you're hoping to get one of?"

Gwen perks at that, but keeps feeding liver bits, and lets Thistle help if she likes

"Hm." He gives Buck a more appraising look, curious. "Do you seek a boon? There is a breed of horses I have long sought - but that is as likely to be a pipe dream as a reality. Dogs, though... any fae-blooded dog of uncommon breed is a treasure that should be preserved."

"More like I'm trying to get a boon on behalf of the farm" Buck says "I don't represent them, but I'm trying to do them a ggood turn. I figure helpingg you might help them"

"You are recently sained, are you not? That is, if what I know of the Yule centaurs applies. Should they not owe you a boon?"

Prussian buzzes around Danica, and she raises a brow... enough to set the never aback a bit, and instead they flit over to see if they can tickle Buck's withers into making his tail swish.

"Oh, I want to do the farm some good, but not get a boon. It's a quest related thing, Baron. I'd love to go more into it but, well, women don't always like a man jawing. " A cough

And if the never pulls too hard, the tail might swat.. lightly

A brow raised. "Ah. I see. Well, you are welcome here for your 3 days. If you wish to remain longer, such can be negotiated. And if it's a dog you seek, we can discuss this as well."

"Thank you, Baron. I'll try not to be in the way. Now while I'm here ,what chores do you need done arrounnd the place? I'm a working man, don't like to be the kind of guest that acts like I'm at a Bed and Breakfast while I lounge around"

"You can speak to Dolph in the stables, if you don't mind working with horses. That's not due to your kith, mind - but we do always have hay bales that need to be pitched, and sacks of oats to be hauled. If you have interest in birds of prey, Blossom could use a hand in exercising the raptors, which may be as much of an experience as a chore."

Thoughtfully, he adds, "Actually, speak to steward Julius. We're building a new guest house, and your input on properly outfitting rooms for Centaurs may be valuable as well."

The never gets swatted, but rather than be offended, there's an amused peal of laughter, and three more zip up to play this game as well./

"Oh, heck, happy to help with that. I've done barn raising.... " He looks back at the Nevers, and indulgently gives them a work out, GLADITOR REALITY SHOW... NEVER EDITION

A nod to Buck. "Be welcome, then."

Danica gesture to Buck to follow her, recognizing the dismissal. "Steward Marigold will have me drawn and quartered if I don't bring you by the Manor for refreshments..."

"Oh well, I confess I do have a big appetite" Buck says as he follows her "And much obliged. Need to talk to this Julius fellow"

Thistle collects a bit more dirt!
