The soft sound of... singing? Well, satyrs probably DO sing in the shower.

"Piper got away safely, Adam. I know she was here earlier...." Brekke says vaguely. Her eyes are on Frank, and she reaches a hand to him.

"Utterly terrifying" Flopsy says in another part of the lodge "Do you ever consider how terrible it would look if I were to lose you? I'd be a terrible companion chimera if you went and died on me" then a quck hug at Sylvi's leg

The water cuts off, but the soft singing continues, faint enough that just a hint can be heard, and that trails off as well.

Sylvi grins at Flopsy. "I wasn't one of the ones in real danger, though. But thanks." She kneels down and gives him a proper hug.

OH Frank moves right to Brekke. "Tell me?"

"The Balor is defeated. She had cold iron." Brekke's summaries are about as summarized as they get.

Flopsy nods "Yes yes...well" The proper hug makes him happy "Go tell your boyfriend you're all right. He's left like 20 texts"

"I bet he has. Hey, you might want to let Nabuni know we're okay."

Then Sylvi is in her room and texting: TXT: _Hey, Mission Accomplished at this end.

Dagmar gets fussed over "Your armor, let me move part of it " Tove says

"Thanks Mom..." She helps, but armor is much easier with a second pair of hands.

Connor quietly is standing by, and works small, clever fingers at the buckles - he remembers where the clasps and straps go, but will also be glad to take them from Tove and set aside to help.

Frank grunts and goes to his knees in front of Brekke, examining.

Adam gets a drink from Sally Mae

Piper starts down the stairs, patting at her hair with a towel. Wearing one of Sylvi's dresses that was left out for her, it easily makes a dress with a little cinching. Rather fetching, actually, how it clings to her slightly damp curves.

Adam was looking around.... but finds Piper as she returns and goes to her. "Hey!"

TXT: SOunds like. Do you guys need dross? or anything?

She hesitates as he heads over. "Adam... you're okay?" Looking worried.

"I didn't see what happened out there but it looked brutal after the truck pulled out."

"Thanks Connor."

"Not welcome." Connor chirps up at her.

"Yeah... well, I was on the truck so.... I don't know."

Dagmar does look mostly unhurt - though there's a hint of a nasty bruise at her collar.

(Sylvi) TXT: I think we're good for dross. Oh, Sparrow was amazing.

Reaching out she cups a hand around his chin, and looks him over. And a glance around the room, and a hiss of sympathy. "Dagmar, that looks like that SMARTS."

TXT:Sparrow always is

"mmm " Tove looks over "Linament... I think" To Dagmar "And rest"

Brekke gives Frank a wry grin and an embarrassed glance at the others. "I will be fine. I just...need a little rest." He can tell from the way she shifts that the wound is in her side.

"When did YOU use glamour?" Dirk snorts at Zane

"You got me dirk, I just shot it in the air and made sparkles" Zane shrugs (Lie )

"Oh, yeah, I got shot..."

Frank nods and offers his hand as he stands. "I need rest."

"Armor took most of it." She pulls at the collar and peers. "It's PURPLE."

Jaymes grunts, smelling ozone and moves to his daughter and looks her over "it is"

"I'd say you're black and blue, but that might be a little too on the nose..." Actually cracking a small smile.

Snort.

Adam is still looking 'round but nods. He looks after Dag.

"Piper..... can you find Nadeen?"

Quietly.

Kerri returns from the kitchen in time to see Frank offering a hand to Brekke. "Sorry, Mountain. Hearth declares that Storm is staying by the balefire tonight." Firm.

She blinks, confused. "I... I wouldn't have the first idea where to look?"

Then she looks to the rest of the room. "I can set up a number of cots, but I'll need some help. Who's still got the oomph to help, and who wants a cot?"

A soft grunt from Frank and he settles near Brekke.

Jack comes up "Nadeen left a message"

Piper reaches down and tousles Jack's hair. "That's helpful, thanks - was it for Dagmar, or the chief, or...?"

Brekke says, "I will be fine in the chair." And as Frank settles before her, her hand rests atop one of his horns, a familiar gesture.

"uhm.. I guess for anyone? She just handed it.. said 'give this to the trolls'"
