"Ugh...Oh, man, that smoke was the worst."

"I'm okay. Sorta... that was a LOT."

"Actually...I take it back...the burning was the worst."

Adam returns with an armful of water glasses, some spilling out.

"I tried to fix it, but I couldn't get a bunk done."

"We were killing bugs."

Dirk takes a glass

Kerri helps Adam to get the glasses sorted out.

"Thanks," Sylvi take glass and brushes her hair back...which means she discovers the crispy stubble on the back of her head. "I...." eyes wide.

"Dag?" Adam brings the water over to her. "Can you drink?"

"OMG!" She gets up from the couch, energy returned with urgency, and takes her glass with her as she heads up the stairs.

"Let me know if you need me," Kerri tells the others, then follows her daughter up the stairs.

She takes the glass and sips. "Thanks."

A drink from Dirk "That was fucking weird"

"Sure." Adam watches Sylvi go up with concern, glances over to check on Dirk.

"Yep. It was a cyclops" He says after a moment's consideration

Adam frowns, standing.

"ADAM!" A voice says

And it's Nab "hey " She flies to him, small sized

"There you are!" He's relieved. "Hey....." He offers his hand/arm to her.

She lands on it "Are you okay? Why do folks smell of smoke?"

Dirk looks at Dagmar "You saw a lot too right? I mean... that big bug going down.. it jarred your past lives hard too? "

"Yeah, like.. a BUNCH..."

Adam pets Nab with a finger. "Yeah, I'm fine. We got rid of 'em all. Sylvi went in to smoke them out, that's what you're smelling I guess. And Dirk and Dag killed the ones that came out."

"me too! I think I wore woad once. I didn't even know what the fuck Woad? or is it wode? What it was before now..."

"What did you do though I know you helped?" Nab says then grins "oooo my. Your thoughts"

Adam grins back. "You could say you helped too, Nab."

"Yeah, the fat one burst and then WHAM.."

"I get that" Nab says with a pleased look

Dirk grunts 'yeah.. WHAM and then.. it was a blur of .. too many movies in my head with me kinda as the star"

Adam kisses his finger tip and presses it to Nab's cheek.

She leans against it

He glances around. "You guys ok? I mean, for real?"

Nabuni says "I'm picking up some odd vibes from them.. but i'm afraid Dagmar will smush me if I talk about it"

"Yeah, just... a lot to process."

"I won't smash you."

"If it's private stuff, Nab, we don't need to know." Adam urges gently. "I mean.... -something- happened to them. Besides the bugs and stuff." A faint frown. "Me too, I guess."

"Well, you kissed a guy but were kind of mad at him... which made you want to seduce him again..or keep him safe..." Nabuni says "And then there was the EARLY stuff where you thawed out.." Then Adam's words sink in "oops"

"Nab....." muttered.

She looks over at Dirk's "At least I didn't read HIS Sexy.." SHe pales "ooo oh.. yikes"

"Nab!" hissed, worried.

DIrk shoots her a look, then snorts

"I was married, yeah..." She rubs her temples.

"Was he a good guy?" nab says "And was he cute?" Interested

"He was a good man, yes. Funny."

"Well..... that's good. Like, good that you remember that now. I guess?"

"I think so."

"Bonnie Blue was cool"

"That's a silly name..." Dirk frowns.. "Oh holy shit. I think I tried to capture her"

"They called her an outlaw."
