Adam looks like he might be sick and tries to hold still while he's being worked on.

Zane says "Hang in man.. Sylvi's got the spring magic.. we can restore your finger." I hope

Brekke is already casting heatherbalm, and Sylvi hurries back out with the glass of water that she's murmuring, "One little two little three little Nunnehi...." over.

When the well-of-life water is ready, Sylvi raises his head a bit. "Adam, drink this, it'll help."

And she tips the glass to his lips as carefully as she can.

He drinks, messy and thirsty.

And the finger fuses!

Then the next...

and.. Heatherbalm seals them... the Spring magicks seem to recover the color

save for where the cuts were...which remains oddly scarred , like little rings

Sylvi hands the glass off to her mother, who is watching the proceedings tensely.

Brekke scowls at the marks, then sighs. "Best we can do, Adam." She sits back a bit, frowning.

Adam lolls back, with relief.

"S'ok, Chief. Thanks." he whispers.

Kerri comes up behind the Chieftain and rests a hand on her shoulder, and the attentive might note an exchange of glamour from Hearth to Storm. Brekke inhales deeply, then nods thanks.

"What about this fuck?" She asks in a tight voice, still glaring down at NotAdam.

the man gasps...

Sylvi rests Adam's head back down, then looks around the group and at the captive. "What the heck happened?!"

And Piper jerks at the rope, tightening it around his neck before he can say a word.

"Maybe we can toss him down a bottomless hole in the Dreaming. He wants magic?"

"You want to breathe? Do it SILENTLY."

Brekke looks over at him. "Reaver," she grumbles. It's clear she wants payback for the violation.

"Not safe for the dreaming... " Zane says "See, this is why some lords have Geas... and.." he turns to gaze at Kerri "holy shit. You have Sove.. " Then realizes he's talking too freely in front of the W-I-Z-A-R-D.

Piper looks up at Dagmar, suddenly blanching. The rope slips from her hand... she shakily grabs it again, and offers it out to whoever is closest.

Dagmar takes the rope.

Kerri's head whips around and she GLARES at Zane.

Zane looks to his hooves

"Tried to warn everyone...."

Piper swallows, tries to say something, and swallows again.

"You did," Brekke confirms to Adam. "I got your message from Lily. She is here. I think she is hiding inside. Jack delivered another part of it."

"My folks?" He struggles to sit up, worried.

Brekke doesn't seem at all surprised about Zane's partial revelation. But she notes Piper. "What is wrong?"

"Send him... where he can have all the magic he wants." She trembles a little. "The mirrors."

Brekke would know of Jude's prisons

"Mirrors?" Brekke gets to her feet, then looks to Adam. "Your father is upset, but fine when I saw him. Your mother is at the Wayburtons and seems to be...well."

Then a blink as she realizes what mirrors Piper is talking about. "Would that work...?"

"...Piper?" COncerned.

Sylvi helps Adam up.

Zane looks over "Someone step on that wizard's hand..." A warning!

Yet the wizard was merely running fingers in the dirt

Two strides, and Brekke's foot is planted SOLIDLY on the hand.

(crunch)

"No marking sigils."

Something breaks

Zane glares at him, "You're not the only one who knows Summerian cuniform.. ASSHOLE"

Brekke is unconcerned.

...about the breakage, that is.

Well, the wizard yells, and it is not about Zane's academic creds

Still standing there, she looks to Piper. "You think that would work?" she repeats. "Oh his kind?"
