"I hope the memorial will help." Jessica sighs "And I suppose I should change clothes after that. Ok. Are we ready to talk about the town hall, or would you like to take some time to process?"

"No, work will help me. Duty always does" Constance says

"trolls are odd" Diego says "But let's talk. Because, I think the actual meeting there went well. thouh I did get pressure for.. tequila" A humph

"Is that a personal humph, or a professional one?"

"Personal, why would anyone drinnk tequila when there's wine?" Diego says

"A question for the ages, I'm sure. But, professionally, do you think tequilla could be lucrative for our purposes? Not for the County or for me, but for those Fae invested?"

"A lot depends on distributtion, and word of mouth, or will, but yes. I think it could be. Question, do you think the DeBukes or the Rivervalers would help us with that? Your father is in trucking, no?"

"He is, but not as an entrepenure. He works free-lance for different companies."

"I was thinking if he could give us a discounted rate, for early shipments, we might stop the first distrubtion pinch. Then there's smugglingg past thhe borders.. so on"

"You could ask him." she nods.

"I think he would do moere for his daughter, but as you like"

Jessica makes an open-handed gesture "I'll ask him. I don't think he can do as you ask, but I will ask him. Maybe he has suggestions we don't know to tihnk about."

"Advice is welcome" He says "this could be lucriative in coin, but it might also help the reputations of our arrea"

Jessica nods. "What about the other issues and ideas?"

Constance looks over "The phone tree for Dreamers set up isn't a bad idea, but there arre dangers yes"

"I worry it could become overly bureaucratic." Jess confesses.

"It might" Diego nods "And I lean more towards individual power than community control, but my take? We don't have to take action at all. Let the town council keep hammering it out. See how it goes. If it goes south, then you step in"

She nods. "Ok. I'd like to stay posted on it, though. Could be a model for the County if things go well, and the issues of sharing resources, including Dreamers, is one of the things that kicked all this off."

"I'll keep and organize records of it" Constance nods

"Nothing too bureaucratic." Jessica cautions, and not without humor.

Constance gives a small smile "You'd be surprised how often I hear that request"

She chuckles.

"What about the gang activity?"

"Duff put a foot down on that... and I know you ahnd he are out, but he is a force they respect" Diego says

"Duff plays a dangerous game. Not everyone is as ..equipped. They might suffer from gangs making a point" Constance frowns

"If you're satisfied with it, then I'll hold my peace.... but for the record I'd like to avoid open theats at these town halls. It's ok for Duff and redcaps; maybe they speak the same language in that. But other people were listening and they might -not- speak that languae." Jess cautions. "Constance is right."

Diego ponders "You have a point, Jessica. Threats could discourage voices. But it's not something we can flat out ban. "

She nods.

"How can we help discourage?" Constance ask

"Perhaps some kind of framing of purpose at the start of the meetings? 'What we're gathered here for....' kind of thing?"

"Such might inspire, yes" Diego says "I could work with them on it if you like? The more peace loving locals that is"

"Maybe not exclusively the peace loving ones? I don't know. Do what you think is best."

"All right.. .mm perhaps a declaration of some sort" He thinks it over looking intrigued

"A -short- one." she agrees.

"You spoil my fun, Jessica, " He faux sulks

Constance mmmms "You'll live, Steward"

Jess glances towards the door, but asks "Ok. What's next?"

Mitra comes in "Am I intruding?"

"A bit, but I think we got the major issues" Diego says.

Constance bows "Regent"

"Mitra, hello." Jess looks at the others "Are we good for now?"

"I think the idea of buying a property for regular use and security can wait" Constance nods

"It might be ahead of its time. Maybe we can fund it with tequilla profits."

Diego ponders "Perhaps"

"I was called for Tequila security?" Mitra blinks

"No, something else entirely. If you two can wrap things up together, I'll talk to Dame Mitra?"

"Of course, your excellency" Constance nods

"We'll wrap it up" Diego nods

"Thanks. Ok, let's walk and talk?"
