"Nah." He says "We got good healers" Demos says

She frets and paces, though quietly, and a few paces back.

The door opens and Zane comes out, well, is SHOVED out... he looks dazed and is rubbing his ass.

A wince. "How did that go?" She dares ask, quietly.

"You owe me dross, and possibly a new ass" He mutters then whispers lower "And her glamour is tainted, and wrong... you were right to be scared for her. We've got to untaint it... either that, or empty her out entirely"

"But Siv is... she's.." She takes Zane's arm and leads him a few paces to somewhere more secluded. "Isn't that more dangerous? What if it got so low she winked out?" A frown. "How can glamour get tainted... or untainted. And why Siv? She doesn't DESERVE this."

"Near as I can tell, she nearly did wink out.. she got lucky..found some glamour in a note... but then .. she needed a new source. She refused to ravage so.... she drank in some of Tantalus' dark works... influenced her mind and soul"

"Then she needs to bleed the poison out..." And almost inaudibly, "Iron is OUT of the question. Obviously. But unless she uses it up herself, there's only one way I know of to take glamour, and it's not something... " She shivers. "I don't even know if it COULD be done to another fae."

"Maybe some sort of.... spring magic, to cleanse?"

"There are ways besides THAT" He says "We can have her cast and burn a lot of glamouor out.. I have a few ideas on how to do it quickly.. then we fill her with the good stuff.. and I'm going to need your voice.."

She relaxes a touch. "Might it help to try to gather glamour that speaks to her. Maybe dross from home.. from her friends, from her teachers at EarthRunes..." She frowns a little. "But that's hard without saying why it's needed."

"We tell folks someone of Rivervale needs it, we tell them it's a lodge thing... they'l lgive" he says "And your songs, you sing of the sea, of joy and wonder and appreciation... we tweak the glamour with that"

"And she can have my voice, all of it until I go hoarse."

"The troubador here is a Selkie. One of them." She corrects. "She's got to have a few shanties that may help."

"Oh, is that kithist of me now?" A frown. "I don't even care, I'll still ask her."

"Ask her... it's logical that a selkie knows the sea better than most" A nod "First we heal, then we apologize " Zane looks thoughtful "We can do this. Gonna burn some dross"

"Is there something we can use... an item, something that has meaning to her, that we can store the glamour in to give her? Or should we collect tangible dross to burn?"

"And other than... as much as possible... do you know how much you'll need? To fill and overflow and flush out any of the nasty energy? I don't care how many people I have to ask, but time may be vital too before she settles into this funk any longer... you're the magician, though..."

He ponders "Not sure... and well, glamour is hard to measure. TWO troll fulls?"

A soft snort. "Never anything by half measures. Is it worth asking Gerd for help, or would that burn too much Dross? I can run the trods, I don't need a ride if it's too expensive. ...We should find out who else already knows, and can help, without spreading her dirty laundry too far abroad. Jonas, at least..."

"Jonas is ABSOLUTELY essential... " He says "Gerd not so much but you know she can take a trod to get here then flicker flash if need be. " Zane says "yeah, discretion.. small circles. She's pissed as it is"

A frown again. "Well, she can be pissed at me... as long as she's still Siv. Okay. I'll get started. And... Zane, I know you said I owe you... but.... think of how much you'll learn from this. It's your... duty as a magician, right?" S amll smile. "AND I'll owe you."

"you know... it's funny, I was thinking the other day how someone needs to use magic FOR right... to balance the bad wizards, the malice mystics, the jerk staffs, whatever you want to call them... and I decided to stand up and do that. " amused "Then suddenly Fate goes 'oh yeah, put up or shut up'" A nod "Funny how this works. yeah you owe me, but not as much as you might think"

"Just think of how much more good you can do when you stop being Zane the Grey and start being Zane the White. I'll ask around here first - the troubadors I met, the little girls... they're sweet..."

"Yeah, they love it when you pull a coin out of their ear" A smile "And Phoebe has a voice... WOW."

"She might have an edge on me in vocals." Piper admits... but not too loudly. "But only because I can't pass up learning a new instrument whenever I get the chance."

"Jackass of all trades, mistress of none?" A smirk and he weaves to dodge before she can give a swat

She scoffs and tries a swat anyways, but he has always been the quicker one. "Do you think Jonas would ask at Earthrunes? I've only been there once."

"I think he would" A nod and he obligingly moves back in range. He gets one dodge he knows "I'll ask him. Let HIM be discrete there"

"Okay. We have a plan now, which is more than we had before. " She pumps a fist. "Beach tunes and good vibes. We can do it."

"Hell yes" He does the same. If anyone can put the RRRR in rallying, it's satyrs
