Earl whispers "I could flicker flash him to a hold"

Jonas seems nearly out of glamour, one has to ken with effort to notice he's a troll

"Have you enough glamour for that?"

"Dross" he nods

"Okay then."

Earl says "As knight of the land and people, I do send you on your way. Your damsel will be saved, but you are out of the fray..."Dross snaps

Jonas turns "Wait.. I can still he... " And he fades in a flash

"Wel, he's going to be mad, " Earl observes calmly "But he's right, he would have slowed him down"

Caspian arches a brow "I could have healed him some but that lack of glamour... told you there was ..hey, what's this?"

The Eshu , as is his kith's wont, steals the lime light from the sluagh who would normally be the first to notice something! Truly, the Dreaming does like giving them their moments, even when it should be someone else's

He picks up the note written again in Norweigan "He must have been carryign this for his lady"

"Let me see. I can translate."

And he does

How he knows I'm not sure. the mortals ... doing what i can to keep them from being ravaged but tthe redcap isn't easy to get around. Balor is mean but arrogant enough to play. Tantalus is most dangerous...he's... twisted but smart enough to run and start again_

"Zara, do you need healing?" The raven-haired Sidhe whispers, concerned.

"Minor injuries. Siv left us notes...."

She shares as they walk.

Others have scratches but for now they move on. Time is of the essence "Pale Princess, then switch to the laughing lord... " Magnus observes "Zara, I do believe someone is using that as a dig on yourself and Jude"

"Mayhaps."

And they move quicker, with such exact details to follow from the rats and the clues from the note, they know which ship to go to, and how to get their fast.

Earl and Zara notice it first as they move along... earl offering himself for her to lean on.. a localized area of glamour through one tunnel they're about to take

Zara kens.

To pass through here will fill one with destructive rage.. brother might attack brother, friends would cudgel friend.. and even a lone individual might hurt themselves with fury

"A trap, avoid..."

Zara plucks at the glamour, the delicate hands of a lacemaker... can she unweave it?

She can try, but if she fails it might backlash on her

Oh, Earl could make one. Portal passage

"Earl, too risky to try and undo it - can you create a hole?"

"On it" He moves to a wall near but not at the trap, and takes out a bit of chalk saying softly "I see a red red door and I want to paint it black"

And a passage opens.

They move through, Earl having to go last, but not much the slowed for it, and find the rest of the way a lot less eventful or booby trapped for now. Magnus casts again and confirms this way but says "Some of the mortal goons have guns"

"Of course they do. Feh."

Magnus says "I know, adds spice to the whole thing huh?" A grin

Caspian laughs as they keep moving.

Letting the more 'gung ho' members go first, Zara sees Earl seems to be doing well on glamour. he's using the dross mostly. August has grown quiet but determined

and they find a zig, a zag and there we go...the lower docks, below the crowded upper walkways for the higher ships

The Pale Princess is in view and boarding it are numerous indviduals .. bespelled and glamoured

boarding.

A redcap rides what looks like a truly ugly barbed spider the size of a heavy warhorse but with more legs.

Tantalus is on the edge of the scow, checking a pocket watch

"Toothless." She sneers and spits.

"We will need to take out the redcap, and probably others." August whispers. "But Tantalus must be dealt with immediately. Earl, you have better Wayfare than I and are as good if not better at combat. If you can get to Tantalus, Magnus, Caspian, and I can manage the redcap and others. Zara, can you stay safe and aid us with your magic from a distance?"

"So long as I can see him, aye."

"I think they're about to see us" Earl says "not Zara maybe but"

"But yeah.. I'll close with Tantalus" He nods
