The sidhe brand says "I think that was close enough, I hope you agree, Baroness?"

Coradel's eyes are merry, but she resists smiling. "I think it was exactly the salutation we needed. My thanks, Lily, and....?" She looks to the brand to give her name.

"Breen" She says with a smile "No house tonight. Tonight all partake."

"Indeed." Coradel nods and reaches to accept the offered lantern. She looks tenderly at the balefire glowing within for a long moment.

The lantern in her hand, she can see her dear bale needs it. A robust thing, never the less, the year has been long and the bale has given so much during a rough time. Embers await to be renewed

August stands respectfully, letting Coradel renew her 'Fire.

Coradel gives August a loving glance, then murmurs to the bale in soft tones...quiet enough that only the sluagh would hear the promises of delight and passion and pleasure that she's making to the spark as it moves to its new home. And she releases the lantern's contents to the last of the EarthRunes balefire, saying, "I've brought you a new playmate."

And it roars and writhes with delight drinking it in, spreading a sense of deligh, passion and pleasure encouraged! Oh, guess whose back! And raring to go!

August watches indulgently.

Zara drags Earl down by his lapels for a celebratory kiss!

She doesn't find much resistance!

Off to the side, Adam lifts his head and gaze a little, sensing the magic differently than in years past.

And Coradel feels it most of all! She can almost imagine her old mentor, the last Baron making an indulgent motion as if to say fiona but oh the pride in his eyes

Coradel lifts her arms wide and high, her eyes closed and her head tilted back, to revel in that first flush of YES!

She turns abruptly to the crowd to call out, "We are strong once more! We breathe deep once more! We laugh once more! LIVE, EARTHRUNES!"

And she grabs August and claims a very passionate kiss.

He kisses her back, doing his part to welcome the New Light and New Life.

"LIVE EARTHRUNES!" the crowd refreains...Cheers and many couples follow suit!

And when their kiss parts, she gives him a wink before whirling away to pull Bachdion into a brief spinning dance....and then another few steps and she's taking a turn with Vince....

August turns and gracefully extends a hand to Leonora.....

Leonora takes August's hand. Bachdion laughs and whirls with Coradel, then Coradel and Vince and oh it's all action

August gives the Dame a whirl too.

And Adam actually feels a surge of . happiness. The sorrow is not less, but the sense of strength and hope and happiness is..stronger

Zara and Earl dance in the shadows of the garden, but the music carries well enough.

Adam takes a deep breath, trying to nurture those feelings while still acknowledging the pain and grief; he has some success.

And he manages. He might not have realized how badly he needed the former

Coradel steals Leonora briefly from August, and the way they dance together may send several imaginations spinning...but then Coradel is away again, a bee buzzing among her hive.

Leonora certainly works it to send blood to heat, then laughs as Coradel goes off to be worshiped

Only the warmth in August's eyes betrays how he feels was the ladies dance together.

Adam, meanwhile, takes a deep breath.

Something is.... a little looser.

Alanza seems to be ..breathing a bit more herself

Adam glances out a window at the night sky..... sighs.

"Zane.... you mind if I take a walk with Alanza a little bit?"

"Oh go ahead" He says understanding, then adds "I still have two cheese balls lef"

Alanza takes Adam's hand

"Here, take mine." He offers Zane the napkin and walks along with Alanza.

Alanza walks with him "I'm glad we saw that"

"Yeah. I haven't been to too many Imbolc."

"i've been to a few. But this was. well, the holiday itself was nice" She moves with him "It helped. I think"

"I think so. It helped, a little."

As they meander off, the energy continues to swirl and dance in the hall as the musicians strike up a tune...and Zane gets a spin around the dance floor with Coradel!

Zane smiles happily and.. dancees wells "You're better than Cheeseballs, Baroness"

"I should hope so!" she gives him a bemused smile and then is off to another partner.

Earl says "I Hope they like the tribute to Nabuni. " he looks to Zara

And Coradel sees Magnus moving with Claire

"I think it was lovely, most fitting..." Zara assures.

"Thannk you, obviously not all mine"

Zara, of course, also hears conversations.. bits of gossip is boggan work but still... there are SOME secrets amid the balefire crowd and beyond
