Adam frowns. "What does that mean?"

"It means what it means... you asked for sooth,I gave good sooth"

"Guess the destruction will suck. What you want me to try again? First one is free but I charge for the second"

"Uh, no, thanks. Appreciate the offer, though." He walks on with Nab. "What do you think?"

They see a woman in a gray robe,leaning over a pool

Adam glances at Nab, checking - her?

Adam wanders over with Nab.

"Can I help you?" the voice is muffled

"Would you be willing to tell my future?"

"I would be willing to try. Twenty dollars, or a bit of dross?"

A hand comes out

"Uh....." he pulls out a $20 and offers it. "Thank you."

And the woman takes it, then blows some smoke rings and hovers them over the the pond "Now, what would you like to focus on in your future?"

A glance at Nab. "Uh. Well. Being Fae?"

"The soul in you will arise with the third seal is unlocked, the third step taken... and you shall become a sidhe as unlike any seen before. I see you standing with a sword in your hand... glorious, glowing"

"What do I have to do for the third seal, or step, or whatever!?!? How do I get going?"

"Another 10 please" A hand goes out

Adam searches his pockets.

Adam finds a 10-spot, crumpled but there. He hands it over.

She takes the ten "It can begin tonight... I see you removing your garments and walking with humility to kneel before the balefire. Wisdom will then shine to show you the steps"

Adam blinks. "Get naked, walk to the Balefire, and kneel?"

"Only by this ancient ceremony of knightly modesty will entreat the forces this night"

"Naked modesty?" dubious.

"Yes. YOu hide nothing"
shadylady 7:05pm
"Ok. I can do that. Is there a special time, or something?"

"Now is best, before Samhain is done" She points

"Come on, Nab!" Adam rushes out, excited, as he starts to pull the costume off.

"Well, I've never objected but.."

There's a trail of costume parts leading towards the 'Fire. He's down to underwear when he stops just outside the Balefire room.

He looks at Nab, excited. "This could start it all!"

"It could" Nab says "And if it doesn,t..well.. " An admiring look

"Ha!" He leans in and kisses her, and strips off completely as he turns to face the Balefire.

And in walks this nude guy

Adam keeps his head up, walking towards the Balefire. Humbly? Well.......

Coradel's tea leaves having been read (presumably?), she notes that things have gone oddly silent by the balefire, and goes to check.
