An aside behind his hand to Alanza "Though, tis how it is used, I have been told by a Squirrel or two."

"Uh, Vince, what does brother wife mean?"

"Do you mean Sir Bachdion?"

Alanza puts arms around Adam and Vince "Okay okay you guys have cheered me up"

Adam seems pleased with this.

"Sir Bachdion, aye! One of thy own mentors. It was a sad day, I fear, that the Symbol of Fiona herself was not tagged to serve, though."

A hand against his chest and a bereaved sigh.

"Who?"

A small incline of his head to Adam.

"Oh, wait, symbol.... a lion, you?To be a mentor?"

"Then again, Two is company, three is a crowd, four in a bed is seldom allowed.... wait, what were we speaking of?"

"The evictions?"he seems unsure.

"We, uh, turns out there was an Autumn Personbehind it?Sir said that the Baron was going to get help for the rentors. LEgal help."

He slides an arm around Alanza's waist.

And Adam finds Zane's hand...already along the same waist.

Alanza looks at both "Well, aren't I popular?"

Zane chuckles "Well, yeah" THen a worried look "Wait.. Autumn person?"

This discovery does not bother or stop Adam one bit.

"Yeah. Creepy guy, bad news. Guess we're not supposed to, like, go after him directly?"

"It's tricky"

Zane nods

"Vince shouldn't feel left out," Alanza evades the two arms and sits in Vince's lap

Adam pouts a little, playing along.

Zane sighs "it's the mane. Chicks dig the mane"

"That's it, I'm growing a COVID mane."

"Isn't that called a mullet?" Jack says

"He doesn't have a mullet!" Adam points at Vince.

"Kind of looks like a mullet" Jack says looking Vince's hair over

"Maybe it's the French type" Zane says "You know.. the Mu-lay?"

Alanza groans at that

"What do you think, Alanza do I need a mane?"

"Your hair is great..." SHe says

"But not as curly as mine" Zane says

"Yes ,not as curly" SHe say

"But that means if I grow it out it won't be an afro." He points out.

"Whoa dude, did you diss the afro? " Zane gasps

"Okay, you're all being very silly now" The Eshu laughs

"Not dissing, just saying it's not for me." He grins, and drinks.

"I mean, on you it looks good!" Adam adds fuel to the fire with a grin.

Thats when yet someone else peeks in.

Adam is a bit occupied with his friends to really notice. (Yet.)

A grunt.

"Oh.. " Alanza says "I have to go" As her suite mate has come in, "Thanks for reminding me." SHe rises out of Vince's lap, gives him a kiss on the forehead, then kisses Zane on one cheek, then Adam on the other "And thanks to all of you guys for cheering me up"

"Sure thing, Alanza."Adam takes and gives a kiss. "I'll see you at the kennel."

And off the girls go.

"Well, damn it.. now it's just us guys" Zane grumbles

Adam sighs happily watching them go.

"Well, it's us guys, and beer."He points out.

"Worse fates" Jack says

"Hel...eck yeah." Adam edits himself in mid-word. "So Zane, what do you want to get up to tonight?"
