For Coradel, she finds that the families are beaming at this attention, most of them are very grateful, and now think highly of the hold here. While it's not her intent to score influence per se, it is clear this is a positive thing for herself and earth runes

A peck on Earl's cheek. "I must needs change. My dress is ready."

"I'll be waiting with your corsage" he says adoringly.

"Well, sure... the DeBukes are quite nice, but if you want to see a troll lodge that's closer to the ocean and Apples is more your style..." Siv says to Danique.

Zara kisses Earl on the cheek before breaking away to prepare.

His hand lets go of her with a gentle side along her arm...

and Vashti is there.

"Sister!"

A hug, "Though were a showstealer, the others were outshined and no one noticed them at all" A wink "Come, we must put on thy garments of mourning"

"Aye, aye... and hair!"

Coradel engages the parents in a happy bragging session, in part so their graduates can go change.

"Powdered wig also" A nod and soon Vashti , who is well prepared for all of this, is tending to her sister in the privacy of a room just for them, and her dress.

Coradel notices a troll girl , not the graduate, staring at her curiously.

Thank goodness for sisters! Zara is hooped and laced and pinned up... while she will never be a sidhe, she can make an odd sort of princess in lilac and silver and gauze.

Coradel does, indeed, notice this, and eventually makes her way over to greet the girl. "Hello! Are you here with Ms. Fordstone? I didn't see you during the ceremony." She extends a hand.

"Oh sister, you will drift away on such a cloud as this..." Vashti beams "Whoever crafted this purple haze is a genius... I really must seek her out and take notes. Ah, but how unseemly to act so when you are the moon's shadow and i but a firefly" Then "Earl shall be bewitched again"

"A firefly who shalt seek her own silver and shadow tonight?"

Siv smiles and takes the hand "I'm Siv , Siv Waveborne and I'm acquaintance of Miss Zaraa . Honor to meet you, Baroness. I heard you really gave what for to the Balor here. Lots of respect for House Fiona"

Vashti blushes , "Such talk, sister. My intentions are the purist. " A sly smile, "His, I hope will take care of that"

"Of course, of course." A conspiratorial grin.

Coradel's expression reflects a reassessment as soon as Siv smiles. "Yes, the battle was fierce, but what a victory. And thank you," she says on behalf of her household and her House. "How do you know Miss Zara?"

"Not as well as some," She says "And it's a long story truly one I'm not at full liberty to tell. She's a private soul I'm learning. " Pretty, in an actiongirl swashbuckler way. There are prettier she trolls but she draws the eyes from men anwyay and seems to enjoy the attention playfully

Vashti braids the hair expertly in that twist that Zara enjoys for formal matters

Coradel's intrigued by this most untrollish of trolls. Well, of course there's Clementine DeBuke who has her moments of boldness, but this one is positively flirting with others.

"Sister, I owe thee mightily."

"Zara is, indeed, very private, and she's easily underestimated. I'm glad we're able to recognize her like this."

Vashti says "oh I shall collect, after all I got you this job and freedom." A chuff, "I demand coins of your delight, and your happiness by a bagful then we will be even"

"I shall endeavour thusly. I suspect I shall reap much joy tonight."

"She's grand" Siv grins wolf teeth, "She invited me to the prom. My regular beau could not make it, but I think I shall ask one of the single graduates out. No one should be at a wall on a prom eh?"

Vashti hugs her sister warmly "So mote it be, valewitchtorian"
