Sparrow and company head back to the hold - victorious!

Indeed, they return to hot meals, hot drinks, and warm blankets prepared.

Grete sips the cocoa, and listens to what they tell her happened. "I just... asked it to help. The rocks, and the fire." She makes a fist. "I didn't know it would do that." Her hand trembles a bit, and she grips her mug. "I don't think I could do it again..." She admits.

Sparrow can feel the fire.. ooo.. the fire's a bit ired. That wintery blowhard came in and DEMANDED to influence the land? Who does that frosty come lately think he is! There is the bale, the liege, and the land... okay and the cute little girl who clearly understands the land well... but that's enough there, Snowy mcTightass was rude, and deserved it.

oooh huff snort.

"Well, you wouldn't want to do this every day."

"But you did it when it MATTERED."

"And it saved a lot of people from getting hurt. I'm so proud of you!" A feathery hug.

A bit of glamour in the mug flows into Grete

Hope is putting a blanket around Ashlee's shoulders

but she does NOT seem at FULL glamour. Fine, but not full. Mmm

Ashlee is telling Irene "you missed it, she was like Toph in an Avatar state.. I know Toph didn't have one, but if she did, it would have looked like that"

"Wow! Grete's a hero"

"SO a hero " Ashlee says

"Wasn't really ME though. It was BrightWinds. And Sparrow." Giving credit where it was due. "I just got mad at... That thing just made me mad."

"And you." Sparrow affirms.

Meanwhile, "I'm fine fine.. jus a bit chilled and dinged" Ross says

Rose grumble mutter fusses unsure whether to slap her husband or bed him

She slurps her cocoa.

With Grete safe and settled by the fire, the Baroness floats to check in on her people...

Ross got slammed and chilled.. and his wife is both proud and angry at him.

Nessa is laying a blanket over his back, and fussing at him quietly.

A gentle shoulder touch. "Your dad okay?"

"I think so, but we should check his hooves. They said there was magical ice freezing him to the ground! That can't be good."

"they're fine.. just a bit scuffed"

"I'm not a farrier, but..." She does check!

there are tiny cracks in the front two hooves. Small but they could get worse

Nessa shakes her head, then shakes a finger at him. "Dad, you know better."

"Hm." Frown.

"Those cracks could spread and then you'll founder, and what if you're out with those terrible sharks or poachers or something worse, and you can't run?" Worried. Then, a thought. "Maybe, shoes?"

"Maybe we can call in a farrier."

"Get those cracks glued, and yes - a shoe."

"I feel ridiculous.. can't we just ... I don't know, use some of that healing mumbo jumbo or stick my feet in the fire?" A grin attempt

Rose says "Darling... I love you but... sometimes"

"Well, we don't quite have a healer yet, either."

"Could get Bix" Pepper says

"Oh, let me find him." Nessa straightens up, glad of a way to be of help - and out of the press for a moment.

Meanwhile, Grete is dozing by the fire. She's FINE, she would insist, but it's just so darn cozy, and the cocoa and all.

Ashlee and Irene are tuckingg Ashlee in. Irene sees that look. Ashlee has gone all trollish guard, so she'll have to do the Paging

Neesa finds Bix watching TV... a monster truck rally on the screen

"Sir Bix?" She raps lightly on the door frame.

"The fire might heal this, but I'm not sure..."

"Just Bix, I work for a living" Bix jokes and turns "What can I do for you?"

"Well there was a giant snow monster? And I guess a giant rock monster, and they fought like in one of those crazy monster movies... and the little witch girl was involved, but my Da's hooves got frozen and cracked, and oh, do you think you can help?"
