"I was wondering, if he'd had proper shoes, horseshoes, not sneakers... maybe it would have helped prevent injury..."

Bix nods "Possible. we could get you all some. I can have the materials sent from the farm" He's heading on down the hall

"I swear that Miss Hope's cocoa could fix almost anything." She comments to Bix as they enter the main hall.

Rose says "So we're no going to risk it"

Bix comes on the scene "Good iddea actually bit of cocoa, a little spring"

"Hey Bix."

"Hello, Baroness... Hope could I have some hot coco for a working please?" He moves to look at the hooves

"Oh for pet's sake... they'll be fine" he says

"No they won't sir... what you dont' seem to ealize is that if weere outside the hold and seing the 'mortal feet' you'd be in low grade frostbite" Bix says "I'm better with machines than people..."

Nessa leans in and tugs at one of Ross's front legs. "Let the nice Magician see, Da." Until he obliges to turn the hoof up.

"Hope, some cocoa please?"

He turns the hoof up. If neesa looks PAST the hoof.. in it, she might be able to see the white pale cast on the toes

Hope is fetching i and brings it promptly

"Oh, see - Si- Magician Bix, you were right. Da! Shame on you. And you the one who scolded me for going out to play with a cold."

"I.. I don't remember this" he says loftily

Rose huffs

Bix chants "Hoof, there it is.. HOOF there it is..."

Nessa peers at Bix, wondering if this is a joke.

Joke or not, it works.. glamour flows and he hands it over to Ross

"Drink it" Rose almost snaps..then adds "Darling"

"Well, "Ross jokes "If it will keep me in my wife's and daughter's good graces?"

"Usually best not to fight too hard when family wants you to take care of yourself. They can be bullies."

Energy flows through him and Nessa can see his hooves heal up before him

She runs her fingers over the hoof, and wiggles his toes, and even prods a fingertip into the frog of the hoof/ticklish sole. "Any pain?"

"No.. it's.. quite fine" Her dad says surprised "Amazing. Not numb at all"

Bix smiles at the Baroness "thanks. I'm really better with machinenry but healing si big on the farm. Clem could fix a cold on a rainy day"

Nessa gives Bix a quick, impulsive hug. "Thank you!"

Bix hugs back "You're welcome. "

"Do you really think I could learn to heal like that?"

"Nope. I tthink you would do it better than that" Bix answers honestly "You're planning on being a nurse. You study herbs and plants. You clearly affiliatte with living things more, where as I like.. well, thing things...mechanical stuff. "

"Well, you fixed up my Da as well as you could fix a mechanical bull, so you have that going for you." A grin.

Bix chuckles "Just glad to help. Seriously. I'm here to help. If I find myself a boyfriend, so much the better"

Her cheeks color a bit. "I'm not sure that's my area, but I'll keep my eyes open..." Willing to help!
