"Thanks, Chieftain!" Sylvi beams and turns to Colton. "Let's find something for you to buy me."

Colton laughs

"Today, Connor," Brekke says, "it is my responsibility. Besides, fairs are for the young. I, you may have noticed, am not young." Serious, with a twinkle in her eye.

Lily huffs "Connor, she's right. The Chieftain is more decayed than anyone else here except Sir Frank maybe. And we should respect that Come on. Join the scavenger hunt"

Eyebrow. "Thank you, Lily."

"Connor, go." Dag stresses. "Have fun."

"You go as well, Dagmar. And Nadeen. All of you...go."

Brekke waves them off as if they are bothersome colts.

"You're welcome, Chieftain" Lily curtsies

"I.. but..."

Connor grabs Dagmar's hand and tugs. "Let's all go, before I miss the Scavenger hunt. Scavengers eat dead things and old things so it's perfect for a sluagh." Lightly holding Lily's hand too - but not tugging!

"Go and enjoy briefly, Dagmar. I will care for the horses. You do trust me to do that?"

Nadeen says "Come on Dagmar, I think the MOuntain and Chieftain want a bit of quiet time together along with their duties. It WILL be loud later"

Lily smiles as her hand is held limp fish style. Her favorite

"I... okay..."

Brekke neither confirms nor denies Nadeen's suppositions.

Sylvas says "Come on, I'd scavage hunt but I got to fight some Daireann in the junior competition."

"Wait, what's their name?"

"Oh... uhm.. Boggie? Brogie? Broagan, that's it. " And the boy walks off with Lily and Connor

Dagmar is pulled along

"My friend!" He yelps in joy! "Now don't you HURT him." Preemptively scolding poor Sylvas.

And Colton walks arm in arm with Sylvi as they look at the shops "Hmmm" A look at some lovely bracers

Wait, no, it's just BBQ sauce.

Sylvi feels WONDERFUL...boyfriend on one side, spear in her free hand, wandering through crowds and getting the occasional admiring look, competition to look forward to...

Dagmar, looking a touch bewildered, trails along with Connor and Lily.

Nadeen pulls Dagmar to the side "Come on, let me buy you something " A pause "or we can take the Carriage ride?"

"Is it your favorite holiday?" COLTON grins

"Connor, you want some time to play with your friends? I could maybe go walk with Nadeen..."

Sylvi does look at the bracers curiously when Colton points them out. "Ooooh, tough call. I mean, y'know, Beltane...." she squeezes his arm. "And Samhain is...well, I like the mystery and risk of it. Kind of wish I could remember more."

Lily's eyesl ight up, then she sighs as she realizes "why it's not a murder scene at all"

He is already on his way! "Kay byyeeee!" To Dagmar.

CHuck says "Your friend? I'm SUPPOSED to wallop him. It's okay. He'll wollp me back"

Colton eyes her "You make me think of Beltaine" /The Vendor shows SYLVI more wrist bands with rare stones

A wave to Connor. "So.. now what? How much time do we have?"

"I think we can take a carriage ride and have twenty minutes at lest before a big event OR ..." she offers "We could just shop or.. "A thought "or see the other animals of other holds IF you like?"

Sylvi blushes slightly under Colton's gaze, pleased with his attention. Then she picks out a pair of bands with blue-green stones. "These, maybe?" She shows them to Colton. "What do you think?"

"You like to shop, and we could see Tove, too..."

"They come close to doing your eyes justice" Colton says "Sadly, nothing truly can.." Oh flattery, shameless over the top

"Oh, good point, let's go to your mom's shop" Nadeen is happy to go with that "And some places on the way."

"Ohhhh, nice," Sylvi gives Colton an approving smile. "Then you can buy them for me," she bestows the honor, then says, "And I can buy something for you, when we find what you like."

"She has a few of my things there, too." Dag admits.

Colton grins and starts to purchase the items "Truthfully, having you in my arms is what I want."

"Oh, let's see.." Nadeen says

Sylvi waits until he's finished the transaction, and then leans close and whispers in his ear.

He whispers back and they wander off

DAGMAR and Nadeen see, next to Tove's shop, glass goods! Bertrand has set up shop!
