"I bet you could do an amazing step routine, Dagmar, but that requires a team. Hmmmm....maybe if there's dancing next year...."

Then she smiles at Dagmar "If there is... I am so teaching you some basics"

Lily looks at Symon "Does Connor know too much about me?"

She rubs the back of her neck. "Maybe?"

And there in the distance "Dark Gate! Represent!"

Symon frowns a bit and slinks back.

Sylvi lets out a happy yelp, then says, "Sorry, sluagh," in general...then RUNS to greet Colton.

"I never know if they're going to bring up that statue." He hisses towards Dagmar.

"I'm gonna jet and get set up with Tove. Don't die in the jousts before I get there."

"I want to see gore, don't get me wrong, but on the other side."

"I'll do my best." Drily.

Colton turns, "Hey? HEY." He's only got three others with him. But he grabs Sylvi as she moves in and whirls her around "You look great!"

"Thank you!" she says, than gives him a kiss. "You look like you're HERE, which means you automatically look great." A wink.

Nadeen says "No pressure mm?" To Dagmar with a smile

But she is trying to hide the dislike that there are TWO Sluagh nearby now. She really misses her old sword

"What competitions are you all entering?" Sylvi asks the DarkGate contingent. "Or are you just here to party and watch?"

"You all signed up for dancing Nadeen?"

"I am" Nadeen says "And Fencing"

Colton says "We don't do partying at Darkgate Fortress. We are grim guarding machines."

"Is there a DRINKING contest?" One of his aides asks, then laughs "Most of us are going melee. But Marselies our Hearth is presenting a recipe"

Sylvi gives Colton a dubious look.

"Oooh, your Hearth is going up against my mom. This should be interesting. Marselies is no slouch!"

"And he thinks his rib speciality can't be beat. My god it's got this rub that's... okay, it's almost addictive." A nod "Don't tell your mom I said so"

"I hope I get a chance to try those ribs, either here or another time at DarkGate."

"Ain't had Tove's ribs." She mumbles.

Then Sylvi gives Colton an innocent look. "I'm entered in the dance competition." Guileless blink, and she does a silent countdown for him to do the math....

Indeed, Colton has moved in with Sylvi to wave "Dame Dagmar. Greeting"

"That's nii.." A choke as he looks at his girlfriend. Colton whispers "Ah.. What KIND of..dancing?"

Nod at Colton.

She smiles winningly. "You'll see." He might notice she's carrying a pole...oh, no, wait, that's a spear. But still.

Colton looks at the spear "You enjoy making me sweat"

"Oh, you know it," she whispers and kisses his cheek.

Lily talks to Connor "Father is here nearby, but he understands I might need to sneak. There's a contest did you know? "

"A sneakin' contest? You'd win! But they'll never find you to give you a prize."

"Scavenger hunt. I'm gonna win" She whispers

"Oh can I help?" He bounces. "I have this sniffer, you see, I won it in a differnet scavenger hunt."

Tapping his nose.

Nadeen sighs and says to DAGMAR "If you really want to see Symon's..display, I can watch the horses"

"I mean, I'd rather Connor get the chance - he doesn't get out too much. And you have things."

Lily says "We could team up sure"

He pauses, and says to Lily, "But we're watching the horses now."

"Connor, you go help Lily."

Brekke (with Frank, probably) approaches them. "The horses are secure, Dame Dagmar?"

"Will they go anywhere, Dame Dagmar the Just?" He asks, a touch wistfully.

Dagmar nods.

"Can't we all go play?"

A nod as she looks over the group. "I think Squire Connor has the right idea. All of you, go and enjoy the festival."

"Connor, please? You can go have fun with Lily. Sniff out the things."

Colton says "Well, shall we go out and enjoy?" To Sylvi

He hesitates, looking up at the Chief. "I should stay and watch, it's my sponsor pillory."
