A shower later, he comes down with..sheets and blankets "I uh.. should probably run the laundry"

Dagmar is on patrol... when the rush of chimera run by. Winston Churchill in a bikinii carrying a 'Black Lives Matter' sign leads the pack. He smells like booze..but then from what she remembers in her history class, THAT Might be historical accuracy

"Hunh." She looks in the direction the chimera came from, and promptly turns to head that way.

Holy shit.. the wayburtons place .. it's got rainbows and chimerical music and is covered in protest stuff .. chimerical... she's seen left overs like this before.

She heads up to knock on the front door.

The door opens and it's Lydia, the kinian girl looks up with sad eyes "oh, hi Dagmar. Someone ELSE got to be a changeling..again" Mutter "Come on in"

"Yeah, been a lot lately..." Brief brow furrow. "You doing okay?"

"Fine" Lie.

"Everyone's very happy Basil is a satyr now" half lie

"Yeah, it does suck."

She blushes, then, gives a slightly grateful look "it's not."

"Do. .do you think there's something wrong with me that no satyr soul wanted to wait inside of me?"

"Nope. It's... chance, really."

"That's what mom says, but you know moms.. you can't always... they kind of HAVE to say things"

"They do. But Gwydions gotta tell the truth. We can lie, but it gives us a headache."

"Ow. I'm sorry" She rubs at her head imagining what that must feel like

"So, well. It's chance. And kinain are important - for all I'm tall and strong now, there's stuff that hurts me that didn't hurt me when I was still human."

"That's what Sally Mae says. She's really clever.. but looks like a dumb blonde. Uhm.. wait. I shouldn't say that should I?"
