"Both parts" Tove looks less nervous "Now, here at the table? in the kitchen? or outside in the sun?"

"Oh, the kitchen... I mean, that makes sense, right? It's home."

Tove raises a brow at Jaymes "So a woman's place is in the kitchen, eh?"

Jaymes' eyes widen with alarm.

"teasing" she smiles, then looks to Dagmar "I think you're right. It's kind of the heart of the home isn't it?"

"I mean, kind of? It's where we all sort of hangout... here and the tv, but I don't think the TV is right."

"Kitchen" She agrees, and guides her daughter there. Jaymes follows

Dagmar has notecards!

"Oh.. uhm.. I should tell your grandfather?" Tove blushes

"...he could come, that'd be okay."

And shortly after, Torin is. he's not been at the cabin of his much anyway.. not since the attack. Staying at the lodge, AND here...

"Dad, you need to be quiet" his daughter explains "Dagmar and I are doing this quiet like."

"What? But songs.. boasts! Let me at least announce you to each other and to the crowd?"

"The crowd is a cat, a dog, and a fruit-stealing monkey."

"YES, Fruit" Snow says "Oh but firsst Oath"

Jaymes blinks . He doesn't know how Snow GOT IN here.. but a sigh

Dagmar offers the notecard.

Raindrop flutters nearby and is glad to be remembered

Tove puts a hand on the tailler girl's shoulder and begins her oath "As the sea to the river, as the tree to the seed, as the mountain to the stone, so do I now recognize you to me. From this day forward, you are of my blood, of my family, and of my hold. I swear to offer you my wisdom, my love, and my regard, for you will carry my name and my memory when I am no more. Should I abandon you, I abandon myself. It fills my heart to call you daughter"

Torin swells with pride.

Jaymes watches with hope

Dagmar is holding the card, but she closes her eyes - apparently, she memorized it. "As the river to the sea, as the seed to the tree, as the stone to the mountain, so do I now recognize myself in you. From this day forward, I am of your blood, your family, and your hold. I swear to offer you my respect, my devotion, and my love, for you offer me a home where I have none. Should I abandon you, I consign myself to loneliness. It fills my heart to call you mother."

For a moment, it is exactly as before, that joyous feeling of a bind that is not confining, but supporting and then.. something different than before... as the existing Oath between Dagmar and Jaymes seems to respond (And perhaps Truehearts between Tove and Jaymes plays a part) and connect and gather... Two as one, mother and daughter, and then, three as one... family. While Torin is not bound in the same way, Dagmar can feel through her mother a connection there as well. She.. she has a family, and that is so real that it almost shakes her with joy.

A tiny hiccup. Is she crying?

If she is, she's not alone. Tove has happy tears and.. oh heck, she is holding her daughter

And yes, that lump in her belly is part of this too.

Brenda feels a bit dizzy, she napped, but now that she's awake, she still feels like she's in a wonderful dream. One where she can stop worrying so much about right and wrong. There is strong, and there is weak, and she understands that now. And she? She is weak, but that's okay...she can be safe serving the strong. Engage freely into her passions while waiting for her next command. Why hadn't she realized how easy it could be? She's a satyress now, changed, and hasn't that been for the better?

Kyle feels odd...he remembered chastising Adam. the boy is taking chances he shouldn't. One had to learn how to be cautious of the law, and the rules they enforced, in order to work around them, or better, make them work for you. Of course, he can't blame the boy's goals just his means. Kyle realizes he's been entirely too short sighted himself. This is a time of concern, panic, and change, but that can be used. What was that line? Chaos is a ladder. He's been restraining himself way too much. Maybe it's time to what's best for himself, and, of course, his family.

"Can I get you anything, honey," Brenda leans before her husband, offering a view of her still shapely cleavage. Naturally ever since she got horns she's been a lot more interested in sex, but this seems a surprisingly blatant ploy.

"Unfortunately, I've got a conference call for a client," Duties seem tiresome, but the money will be welcome, "Mr. Kessington.. you remember him?"

At first she's annoyed , Brenda wants his attention. Kyle is strong, stronger than her and it's nice to have him take charge, but what's the point if she can't be a part of it. But she does answer, "yes, my husband" She says almost as if one might say 'm'lord'. Then she adds, thinking on it, "he would steal looks at me when he thought neither of us would notice. "

That catches Kyle's attention, "did he?" he appraises his wife, and has to admit, what redblooded man wouldn't want her? This was a woman, who even before her transformation, had caught a sidhe's eyes. He doesn't feel jealousy, or alarm, but rather, an idea forms "did he want you you think?"

She feels a bit challenged to prove her worth, and she is worth a lot. She's his prize, his best asset, and she won't say anything that will make him consider her less than that, "Of course. A woman knows these things. If he thought he had a chance, I would have gotten a free dinner just for stretching at the right time."

Kyle grunts, then nods, "Interesting...stretching mmm?" He appraises her again, "Get your yoga pants on, and practice." It's not a request, "When I say so that is. I think i just found a way to distract him so I can get that extension, and maybe a bit more funding for his campaign."

Brenda shivers a bit... something is wrong about this, something she would never ordinarily tolerate..normally. But she doesn't feel normal. "Sounds like you're wanting me to work another man up" testing the waters. Let him know she knows. She's not dumb, no.

He stands, and puts his hands along her hips, before sliding further back to give her shapely rear a squeeze, "Unless that dirty old man can stick his dick through the screen? I'm not exactly worried about it. Now, go get dressed like I told you, I have a plan. Trust me. This will work out for us."

Brenda's doubts crumble. This will be fun. Brenda raises up on her 'tippy hooves' and kisses him, pressing into him fiercely , then backs up "Whatever you say, Lover." And she goes to change

Kyle and Brenda have a new plan now, and neither of them is really thinking about Adam's earlier impudence.
