Buzzing around his head in a dizzying manner, she drops to tug at one of his pockets.

He looks down perplexed

"Oh. uhm.." he reaches int o the pocket and pulls out one of THISTLE's Fettling Knives, "Oh, how did THAT get in there. Must have fell in"

Citrine grabs at the handle, clearly ready to wield it like a tiny sword in her mistress's defense.

"Careful.." he says "my bad, my bad. "

Luckily, the blade is flexible yet fairly blunt, meant only to cut through clay.

Citrine drops the knife, and dives into the pocket. She spotted a peppermint!

"Go ahead and take it" He means the peppermint, but he returns the fettling knife if Citrine lets him "I was going to give it back, Thistle. I always do. It's just.. I don't know, sometimes things are INTERESTING and I gotta see them, and Piskies see with their hands"

She pops out of his pocket and does a dizzying spiral - then darts out a window, Ochre and Kelly in hot pursuit!

"You may have notices, I already have a cadre of little thieves that'll pick up anything shiny that's not nailed down."

then he smiles boyishly hoping charm will get him out of trouble

A fireworksfly chooses that moment to alight on his nose.

"ACK" He nearly falls back

Oh, there is scarcely even a light sunburn. He has had worse from taking a cookie too soon from the tray.

"mmm if you like em so much, maybe you could do designs in your works similiar to them? I mean, I've seen ladybug designs in pottery. Maybe you could make ones with something liking lilke them in mid pop?""

"Could be cool to have luminescent pigment bursts, yeah?"
