"Hey! See? Toldja! C'mon!" And Sylvi is heading through the door, pausing for Dagmar to join her.

She chews on her knuckle, dithering for only a second... then bolts to follow.

The door closes behind them and they come to another fork ... litterally, there's a fork on the floor someone has left. And three passages in this chamber... one with an orange door, one with a green door, and one with a purple door. On the ceiling there are words...

Sylvi's more intrigued by the fork than the words at first. She picks it up and looks it over.

Dags looks up and reads aloud...

"Little Boy doesn't have his horn, and the Rover won't be coming over over, but the fork is a key to the door you need to pick, to get to the right pallor"

"Little boy blue... red rover..."

"So.. purple?"

The door knobs each have..fork tine sized holes!

"Huh...probably..." She eyes the tines and looks at the doors. Any indication of colors?

"Or maybe 'pallor' is just 'parlor' in Brooklyn" she snickers.

She hops from hoof to hoof again, nervous energy.

"Well, I'd try the purple, maybe?"

The doors themselves are orange, green and purple.

But the fork? is fork colored

((Sorry, missed the bit about the door colors before))

"Totally purple." She heads for it, then pauses. "Unless you want to?" Offering to share the fun.

"I.. sure!" She takes the fork and pokes it into the door. See, nto a wet blanket!

Sylvi is happy, but also a bit envious about that fork, now. It had pretty good heft.

And it turns like any, purple lights cascade over both girls as the door lights and swings open... and ..they found a way out of the maze.

"Oh, nice!" Sylvi... gets a hug!

They're in a lavender and purple Parlor, there a tea table and a man, a nocker, sipping tea

Sylvi returns the hug, surprised and pleased by it, then looks around. "I was right! It is a 'pah-lor'!"

Then she sketches a playful little curtsy to the nocker. "Hi!"

"Yeah... oh, right. Hi!"

A hasty bow.

NOckers are amazing dressers, and this guy is no different. His got a kind of edwardian meets steam punk cosplay with a stove top hat

The piskey's style isn't too far off from that, honestly, though with more of a ragamuffin undertone.

"Well, hello. Nice to furking meeet you, have a seat. Welcome to Goblin Town"

Dagmar is much more... classical, all green and gold and exposed limbs.

A grin of needle Teeth

"It's beautiful here!"

"Hey, thanks!" Sylvi plops herself happily into the offered seat and looks at the tea things...but resists helping herself right away...for the moment...

Dagmar sits down, amber eyes taking in the room with care.

"So...are you, like, the head Goblin?"

"Oh please, have some. I'm Osmun Glytch , a..functionary of the the Town's administration. I guess you could say I'm the minion to the bosses but a well placed minion?"

She adjusts the location of a plate just a bit.

"Oh, okay. Sort of a welcoming committee for the moment, but more important than just that?"

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Glytch."

"Oh, right, yes...nice to meet you."

She helps herself to a cup of tea, and uses the tongs to add a lump of sugar or two...three...

"I'd like to frickein think so" He pours tea for them. "but doesn't everyone want to be important?"

"I noticed you... and I sure as Babbage's bollocks use a hand ... " And he starts to make his pitch

"I think everybody wants to be important, sure. I'm gonna be a hero. That's the goal."

"Well, I can't promise heroism, but I can promise an interesting challenge and a reward." Osmun Glytch says, with a siip "I need something delivered fast, like in minutes. I thought it was a lost cause, but with you two? mm yes. That would do it"

"Ooo! I bet we could help, sure." And she certainly looks as though being helpful would make her happy. "Of course, I'd have to ask that we get fairly compensated. I'm sure you understand?"

"Deliver what? And why are you trusting two strangers with it?"

"TWo strangers who will tomorrow be totally different again are exactly what I need" the man says

She tilts her head. "What is it you know?"

"Don't have a clue what you're talking about." Sylvi blinks innocently.
