Sylvi allows herself to look curious. "Great Beast? Wellll....." She glances at Dagmar, and she takes a couple of small pieces of dross from a pocket.

"We did drive all the way out."

"Yeah. Okay, here's for both of us." She hands it over.

"Oh yes, a unicorn!" The dross iscollected, tickets are handed over, and the two...well three if you count the gerbil, ... four if you count the gerbil AND the SHield, go in

Considering how many are headed in, they got a bargain rate.

And before them, in cages arcane and eldritch, in pens mystical, are chimerical creatures....

One Cage says "The fearsome displacer beast, born of dreams of table top nightmares, this creature is a predator of illusion, never quite where it seems to be"

And the kitten looks outside its cage, but clearly can't go too far

Sylvi tries to hide her disgust about the cage.

She murmurs to the 'kitten', "Are you okay?"

A rowr sound of feline distress.

She nods. "Hang tight."

"Hey now" a voice , a woman's voice, from behind. "Trouble makers will be expelled, no refund"

A glance to Dagmar, knowing how that sound might trigger her Animal Champion instincts.

She turns to look towards the voice.

Dagmar kenns the cage.

"Scuse me?"

A she troll, gray with green tinges... no thallian, but a true troll. All the sadder perhaps that she wears a sash with the symbol of the Menergeri

Dagmar kens the cage , it's strong, not troll strong though

"I don't like the way you're looking at that exhibit' The female troll explains "It looked like trouble. I deal with trouble. You grasp?"

"We're not trouble."

Not exactly a lie. At this moment, they aren't.

"Good" THe She troll says

Sylvi shrugs. "Not trouble. And we paid to get in here. But maybe we should demand a refund."

"Behold, a truly Rare Unicorn" says another sign, a pen where a ... uhm unicorn trots in circles?

"No refunds, " the She troll says "Enjoy the exhibits""

Her mouth tugs to the side.

And she sees a banner Later today, the great white beast! It HUNGERS! Stay for the show!
