So you only go when you have to. It's not that you think the principal sucks... still a COOL person, but it can feel like you're intruding when they're trying to get work done. I've heard that sort of thing from others. a Lot of folks who rarely come here respect the hell out of the chief for the reason Dagmar mentioned, but that doesn't mean they're always comfortable, and they don't expect or even WANT the principals' office to become party central, but of course it's not going to be where they go to be themselves as more or have fun.
