She's grabbed a shield and sword, but Tiara whirls the latter a few times to test, and then, a smile lights her face and brings it. She's faster and definitely more accurate

Dagmar is no slouch, and has both memory and experience

And so, Tiara doesn't get past her defenses either. But Daria mutters as she observes "Oh"

"I mean, neither of you would want me to let you get a hit. That's what pells are for."

Tiara doesn't seem angry but rather impressed, "Definiely pellwork. But it would be an honor to spar aainsnt a warrior like you"

"Well, I need to learn how to fight centaurs, so... cool."

"Maybe you would like jousting?"

"I might, I would certainnly give it a try" Tiara says

Daria is now hitting the pell

"Wait till you meet Lavendar! She's in Joust Club, too!"

"Joust club?" Tiara asks

"Ok, so, there's just two of us now, but it'll grow!"

"I'll practice" She promises

"Jousting is more for sport - I mean, I jousted a car once... but, in general."

"A CAR?" Eyes widen

And so, Tiara gets the story of Vali and the vintage muscle car.

Daria smashes the pells, more energy than accuracy

Tiara laugghs and gasps at the story

"Daria, try swinging it from the shoulder, like so..."

Daria adapts

And improves

Grunt of approval.

Tiara's fingers itch for the feel of something more than a practice blade but she likes what she hears of Joust Club "I thinnk the idea of having me one point down, well any centaur, is only fair. You'e right, can't dismoun me. MIGGHT FLip me over " Amused

"Man... that'd be a trick. Gotta be careful, though - I wouldn't want a bad injury."

"Trust me. The jokes about putting one of us down if we break a leg hAVE come up" Tiara says

"Mmph" That from Daria

"Well, there are healers... but it's expensive magic."

"when do I learn how to make fire? or throw lightning?" Daria says

"Well, you probably have some arts inborn..."

"I can't throw lightning yet. I can make thunder..."

Daria blinks "Thunder? Badass"

"Yeah, good for getting attention in a fight."

"So.. " Daria says as she whacks away at the pells

"How do we practice the magic? After I learn to hurt things with a mace? Innate so we just wave around fingers or what?"

"Well, couple ways. I found msot of mine when stressed."

"Oh great, Daria will explode any second now" Tiara stage whispers

"I HEARD THAT" Daria mmmphs

"Well, I can't... I mean, I was an angry fledge, too."

"You?" Tiara seems surprised, "You seem very together"

Shrug. "I was a mess then. Still have my moments."

Tiara nods "Happens. Jordan admits to being a bit high strung himself"

Grunt.

"Well, Linwood is too damn quiet when he' s not making music" Daria sniffs, "And Ganbold is.. that's a weird kid"

"Ganbold's a hoot" Tiara snorts

"I like Ganbold." She agrees.

"He likes you " Tiara informs Dagmar, "He says if he had a hundred Dagmars he could conquer all of Apples"

And training continues. And yes, Tiara is interested in 'Joust Club'
