Lupe looks around questioning. She sniffs the air, SO much more horse.

And yet, there are just people milling about!

She looks about for Sam, or someone she knows knows Sam.

She hears the 'strangers' quiet down some as they see her. But her hearing is sharp. And the word 'muggle' comes up.

She snorts. Fairies? Guess so. I'm not in tune so naturally they... oh funny. They're just obeying their rules. They don't know her but it's amusing how each supernatural being group's chief and, to be honest, most needed rules, are based on healthy paranoia. Not like she's going to yell at them 'Children of the Wyld, I am a Garou! BOW BEFORE Gaia's warrior!'

She shrugs, time for the subtle approach, by Lupe standards "ANYONE SEEN SAM?"

The elder Mr. King opens the door and regards her for a moment. "Guadalupe, yes?" Of course, he's seen her around Sam and.... well, around in general?

The unenchantted girl says "Sorry to bother you, Mister King. I was looking for Sam. I was at her folks place but she was't there. They told me she might be here. " A look at the new strangers in the area "I didn' realize you were so crowded. Sorry about the timing, but is Sam around? It's about a ... " She lowers her voice "Prodigal matter" Everyone does know she's a werewolf here, she gets that

"Mmm." Mr. King rumbles thoughtfully "She's gone for a walk with Connor."

"Ah, damn.. " She blushes "Sorry sir, don' mean to be grumping about it."

"I just had this thing she might be interested in helping about and I can't alk about it over text"

The tall and broad older man nods. "I will tell her when I see her."

"Thank you, Sir. Hope all is well here?"

He nods.

"Noticing a new crowd" She admits "You guys need help?"

"No, thank you. Very kind of you to offer. They are distant relatives, but they are still family."

"Okay. I know Mrs Davidson is a wiz, but if you need me to ask my mom to make some extra snacks or whatever, I can bringg a whole helping of them by."

"Thank you."

She nods, and heads off to see if she can find her friend

On the trail of Dagmar, a wolf follows the scent. It's not a .typical wolf, a bit mutty? Some might confuse it for a dog. But that's bone gnawers for you

Dagmar is out in the woods, away.

Pretty darn far. sniff track

And she hunt!

Dag is near a stream, idly plopping pebbles into the water.

Were she ragabash, it might be tempting to pounce her friend, or snneak up right behind her and let loose a HOWL!

But ,she's a philodox, and also Sam might kick her merrily merrily down the stream!

So instead, the wolf moves quietly to her side, and sits next to her leg

And might even lean against her

A small startle, but.. "Hey Lupe."

And yellow eyes look up into, well, rather amber eyes in return

She rumples the wolve's ears.

A light wag, but with dignity

Then a shift, unsettling if you're not ready for it, and Lupe is cross legged on the ground "Hey, Sam. What's wrong?"

Shrug.

"Crowded at home."

"I saw.. i mean.. I didn't SEE what was going down, no glow, but it did look like you had company. They assholes or something?" She takes a rock and skips it down the stream

"Most of them are fine."

Down the pond aways, an unseen resident croaks out his territory song. GRONK. GR-R-R-R-RONK.

"Oh for the love" She hears the complaint "Our apologies, mighty destroyer of flies"

"Most huh?" A mmph "Sorry if one or few are being jerks. You want to talk about it, or should I tell you why I came looking for you?"

Shrug. "New guy is just full of attitude problems."

"And yes, I know, I had attitude problems."

"Why you looking for me?"

"It's not on you or your past if some guy is an asshole now" She says "That's on him, and you may have your job er duty, but you don't have to LIKE anyone. He'll either stop being an asshole or he won't... and that's on him not you- but enough about my sage philodox advice which is not to be questioned, I was wondering if you were willing to help me in the spirit world on a thing soon? I guess you'd call it a .. uh quest"

A grin!
