She ducks her head, and escapes to her friends!

Lupe says "Sucks that i'm going to forget some of this, but looking sharp, big girl"

"Yeah, the mists are rough... but hey, glad you're here."

"I thoughtt it was WONDERFUL" May adds "the sky itself lit up for you"

"Magic is cool."

"I mean, isn't it?"

"it is" May assures!

"Very boss, Rivervale, very" D' Loreann agrees

"I'm sure Lane will want to tell you all about her adventures..."

A grin at the satyr. "Right?"

"And damn, Star looked great!" She adds

"She did" May joins in. Introductittons are made.

"Star always looks great."

Brekke has moved aside to speak quietly with Frank allowing Dagmar her well-earned limelight.

"I am so glad I made it," Nadeen 's voice can be heard

Sylvi and Colton are following right behind Nadeen. "That was amazing!" Sylvi beams.

Colton says "never saw anything like it. I may incorporate some of it at Dark gate"

"Was it different, with Sparrow?"

"We talked about what would happen, but, like, it felt different when it was happening."

"Very solemn, but yet warm" he answers "Still , I was so proud to be her squire"

Off to one side, the Hearth is reminding all those gathered that there is food and drink available to celebrate the occasion, leading the crowd back towards the area in front of the Lodge (which has, indeed, been well guarded by the alert canines).

"I mean, Lady Sparrow and the Chieftain are so different," Sylvi points out. "Makes sense they'd do oathings differently, I guess."

"True..."

"The fight was fun."

"How do you feel?" Sylvi asks. "I mean, now?"

"Good, really."

"Like... secure? Like I fit."

Brekke and Frank have both approached Jaymes and Tove, speaking quietly as they follow the flow of people to the celebration.

Sylvi gives an understanding grin. "Excellent. Cause you do."

"So. Yeah!" Blush-smile.

Jaymes is in a rare talkative mood with Frank annnd the Chief

"She always did" Nadeen opines

"You also totally look amazing," Sylvi adds. "Did Tove do your hair?"

"Yeah!" She touches it. "I've never been really good at it, but Mom, like, watched all the youtube videos..."

"But I did my eyes!" She bats them at Sylvi.

"You nailed it!" Sylvi declares.

"I know you guys have your own Beltaines, but I'm so glad you made it." Hugs!

Nadeen hugs her back "I do feel bad about only being here for awhile."

"Well... " A pause, a crease between her brows. "You're here now."

"I am.." Nadeen grins "And I am not going ANYWHERE until I get one of your mothers beltaine buritos!"

"Beltaine Burito?" A blink from Lupe "is that a thing?"

"Ooo... there is so much food, yeah!"

"Well, " Dee beams "If we want some we may need to get in line. Want me to get you a plate?"

"We could get in line together, though. It's cool."

"Okay.." Lavender beams "Make way, DAME DAGMAR , Knight of the Chieftain and crew coming through..."
