Willy is soaping and polishing an armful of tack. "Live up in Apples now but yeah, used to live in Willows too. Duchy of Blue Grass."

"I figured Willows , Kentucky ? Is it as sucky as where I was?"

"Dunno how sucky it was where you were. Nah, just lookin' for greener pastures."

"I hear Silverwolf is nice. They got the second best horses" He nods "I like horses fine but mostly I grow things"

"Like what?"

"Gardening and such. I know, satyrs are uspposed to be into music, but where I grew up? All they grew was potholes"

"Must be a nice change. Here, I mean." She stands and hangs up the piece she's working on.

She gets up again and gets some brass polish, going to work on some of the brightwork.

"Do you.. uhm.. could you make a kind of saddle bag? But... all pretty, like purses with a girl style but .. I guess like a halter or a belt? Not for riding"

Willy pauses and looks up. "You're a little young for that, don't you think?"

"huh? UGH, donn't be gross" He says "It's a friend thing.. kind of Imeann.. she's annoying, always so happy and chipper and in the way ALL the time.. really, she's a menace"

A sigh. "You got measurements?"

"Yup" And he gives them

"Mm. Yeah. I got some material from Carnivale."

"What's it gonna cost me?"

She names a price.

"I'm just a little kid" he makes big eyes "how.. how about.." He names a 4th of that

"You're a little kid who knows the score." she cocks an eyebrow at him.

"Yeah, but I also know what i can't afford" He raises it to third hopefully

She bumps it up just a little bit.

Whew.. he ponders "Deal... you.. might want to put flowers or butterflies or girly stuff on it. "

"She like one of those things better than the others?"

He ponders"Seems to like both. .oh.. and Unicorn Riders... it's this silly movie for girls... but I guess that means she likes Unicorns"

"Unicorns better than all the others?"

"Yup. "

"Ok. Unicorns. Did you say she's a -centaur-?"

"YUP. First one I ever seen, but not a chimera, she's kithain like you or me. Weird huh?"

"But it happens" He nods sympathetic "Okay uh..wait here, let me get you a down payment" And the satyr races off

Willy carefully wipes the metal clear of polish.

It doesn't take long, the satyr returns with a grocery bag

Willy is hanging the tack up. "Whatcha got for me?"
