Siv gets up "Well, I'm going to shower"

"No. It's not," Kerri agrees with Dagmar. "But...the rules are not necessarily fair."

Sylvi says, "Glad it worked, Siv."

“Wait a sec.” He frowns at Siv.

"I owe you , Sylvi" Siv says, then pauses as Symon whispers at her

“Say that you’re not going back until there’s been a plan.”

He looks to Dagmar, and back to Siv.

Nadeen reaches for something "I suppose this is a bad time time to mention the invitations for the Thanks giving , or day after anyway, Fete at Silverwolf for Dame Dagmar and Emmmisary Sylvi?"

“You’re a Knight, I can’t make you do shit - or even want to try. But I’m the one who called Dagmar in. If you run off now without a full posse, she’ll be insufferable.”

Kerri looks over at Siv at Symon's comment. "Siv...if you do something reckless, you might end up in a situation where your mother is going to feel the need to come after you."

Sylvi blinks. "They invited me?"

Siv shoots A LOOK at Symon, then says "I am going to a shower. I will not be going to the Barony of Dry tears until I have a plan. Now if you'll all excuse me?"

He glances up at Dagmar. Did HE ding? He doesn’t think so.

Nadeen says "yes, they did, Sylvi. You have ties both to Rivervale, and Darkgate. And are a diplomatic force . It's in their interest to wine and dine you or at least have it so you don't hate them"

Kerri nods to Siv, satisfied.

Siv walks up the steps muttering

"Well...yeah...but you've been the contact..." Sylvi points out, then shrugs. "I mean, yes, I'll be there."

"So. Um."

"Dagmar?"

"Well, Storm Colton might as well. Darkgate " She says

“There go any points I might have stacked up in my favor with Siv.” He says glumly. “But I’d have put good hard money on her runngin back out there the second no one was watching.”

Sylvi smiles. "Then I'll definitely be there."

Kerri looks at Symon, and gives a nod.

"Fiona are soft. They don't do PROPER Vengeance" Squire Brogan says "Proper vengeance is like slow poison... slow poison you crave even as you know it's destroying you" This is meant to be comfort?

Symon gives Brogan an appraising look. Clearly he has underestimated the quiet, polite squire in the background. This one bears further watching.

Nadeen says "Well, Dagmar and or Sylvi, if you want more details... about the Fete." She offers a private talk about it. (So players can excuse characters if they wish)

"Um, sure..."

Sylvi blinks at Brogan. As does Kerri. "Squire," the Hearth says, "Please do not exact any revenge in my kitchen."

"Oh, Hospitality first, Hearth" He assures her, little boy smile

"Good." Kerri starts cleaning up, and brings items into the kitchen.

And Brogan says "Symon, we should talk poisons sometime"

"Sure," Sylvi says. "It's formal dress, right?"" she says as they go to talk.

And Dagmar, Sylvi, and Nadeen talk Fetes. No, you don't have to wear a dress. yes there maybe dancing but it's probably not a must. etc

Slugs in magical chains but y’all go plan your party gowns. He glowers inwardly. “I have to go send some messages. Or rather, not. Can’t trust text for this. Dags, promise you’ll tell me before you run off? Maybe I can help spy or something.”

"There's gotta be a way to fix it. Maybe.. maybe the Count? Barons have Counts."

"We'll figure something out, I won't run off."

He nods, trusting her. “I have to go check in with a few folk. I’ll be back as soon as I can.”
