"HEY" Siv says "Hold on. This guy is MINE. Repay all debts? Fiona right here.. and I feel okay I don't think it's getting worse at least"

Grunt. "Kay. I'll bring him here."

"Spring magics should do it, Hearth" Brogan says

“Bromethelin is the most common. It’s in rat poison... “ Muttering to Brogan. Or at least to himself. m He looks annoyed that he can’t place it. Eying the contents of Brogan’s kit curiously.

"Dagmar, it's a Balor lord, and he'll be on his own land. You have no rights to challenge him."

"Don't touch" Brogan warns the sluagh

“Warfarin is more common these days, but not a danger unless you’re a hemophiliac.”

"Well, I'm not a hemophiliac" Siv says

"Sylvi's on her way," Kerri says to Brogan with a nod.

Nadeen looks at Dagmar "Would you like a Drink, Dagmar?"

Scowl.

His hands behind his back, loosely clasped. “Mostly I know the effects of then chemicals I use post-mortum.” He whispers to Brogan, a touch apologetic.

"He poisoned Siv, he can't just do that."

"It was a duel. She challenged him."

Siv looks positively scowly now . She's been poked, prodded, and now no one is listening to her "Siv can handle this. SIV is the one who has to atone for failing that poor slaugh"

"Poison's not part of a duel."

Nadeen rolls her eyes "Siv is speaking of herself in the third person ."

"Siv, can we please agree to get you healed first?"

"Fine Fine" Siv says "But Dagmar, Cous, you can't just kick doors down and solve this. It's going to take some spy work. I Can do that"

The sound of a dirtbike outside. Normally such a thing would not be allowed on main roads, but Sylvi's got just enough Fuddle to keep the cops from noticing. And then she's hurrying in the door. "What happened?"

“You said a sluagh?” He scowls, even as he gets out of the way.

"Poisoned blade, we think," Kerri says, standing back to let Sylvi get a look.

Sylvi frowns. "Hey, Siv."

"And everybody."

"Bet if I kicked doors hard enough I could."

"Okay, let me just....gimme a minute...." She moves on into the kitchen.

“Symptoms of neurotoxicity include delusions and uncontrollable compulsive behavior.” He whispers, helpfully, in Siv’s earshot.

A look at Symon, then the kitchen where Kerri went. "Is Siv gonna be okay?"

Nadeen says "A sluagh named Wenceslas was chained by one Baron Harkson ap Balor, his crime , violating serfhood. Siv found the chains were magical and could only be removed by Harkson himself, OR by one who defeats him in a duel. What Siv didn't know was apparently the Balor used a poison on his blade. She lost. She's alive. Sluagh's gone. So is the Balor Baron. Spring magic needed. This has been brought to you from Baroness Nadeen of house Exposition"

Siv eyes Symon "Does it say anything about violent urges?"

Symon looks intent, but not overly worried. Either he’s a heartless bastard, or he is confident that with the diagnosis, Sylvi has got this covered.

After a minute, the sound of....a blender?

"Mmm delivered by blade" Brogon ponders "Not every poison takes to that"

Another moment, and Sylvi returns with a glass of something....thick...and an odd shade of green.

Nadeen assures Dagmar "Siv will be fine" A hand on her shoulder

“Lead based would be my guess. Botox needs low temp or favorable conditions. Ethanol evaporates, and pretty much everyone has tetanus boosters.”

A glance to Siv. “You did get vaccines , didn’t you, dream-troll?”

"Yes " Brogan says "Leadbased would be ideal. Mmm if cantriped the poison might even take to things faster but we don't have evidence of..."

"You can't keep someone as a serf. We learned about those - that's slavery, right?"

"You can't keep slaves. This is America."

"Here. It's a green smoothy. It's gonna taste kind of like a salad with berries in it. Try to take a big drink on the first go." She hands the glass over to Siv.

The contents of the glass are almost fizzing with glamour.
