"Static cling...?"

Her voice is low and growly...probably because her teeth are clenched.

"Yeah. Smells like a gun shop. The grease or oil or whatever they use on them, and acrid - like gunpowder. I would expect they have a decent armory, and go in armed for bear. Not Oakenshield. I mean kevlar. Bulletproof." And he nods gratefully over to Eden. "The fence is electrified, and there's at least one false door that is rigged to shock-maybe kill - someone stupid enough to go for that knob."

Dagmar scowls.

"There's a catwalk around the main machinery zone... a fall off that will break a leg, I think." And he smirks at that for a moment.

"How did you avoid these? How did you get in?"

"Waded through the water....wait, do you have that map? And a pen."

She gives him both.

Eden says "The office... sometimes the keebler there might be distracted with her 'She too' moments.." A pale face

"I hadn't.... I'll get there." He blanches a bit. Whatever is next obviously bothered even the sluagh.

A moment, and then Dagmar's eyes go dangerously dark.

Brekke has gone very still.

Pulling the map over, he looks at it for a moment, then starts adding pen markings. "Security cameras, here... and here. They looked like AlertPro XT-47's - that means that they have a 30 degree rotation arc...." And he draws cones as well of where they see, and where this overlaps... If Dag looks, it almost looks like when he drew that cone of fire on the hex grid when they fought the FlameLich.

"The fence stopped here for the greywater drain... that's how we got out, but y'all are too big. We got in through the Roof, they probably figured that no one would get past the main gates and then not walk through the front door. Roof access is locked but not alarmed."

"AIr conditioner number 3 was down"

"Inside...." And he draws again, quickly adding a cross hatch. "Here is where I saw catwalks, and this is the machinery area... doors here... and here.... and THIS " He jabs the pen at the paper. "That's the office. Over there... " A quick skull and lightning mark. "The trap door." Reusing some of his dungeon master symbols again, but they work...

"Right, the AC on the left-most vent was off. Not sure if broken, but someone could get through that vent, if you're not too big." (How big were those openings?)

"Yeah, giant-size not helpful..." She manages, past the glower.

Brekke watches, a slight nod to indicate she is understanding, now and then.

A grown woman (Non troll) Might slide down there with effort and body grease.

"Yeah... probably not good for you. " Thinking. "Uh. Tiffany, if you take her. Isn't she a gun nut?"

"But I'd try the door first."

"A loading dock here that had drop-gates... I think based on the setup that they would have a control inside, but there might be a remote too to let trucks pull up. I didn't have a chance to look more closely, but it looked like where they might shove folk like a cattle round-up if they needed to count heads or do a lockdown."

"Mm." A nod of approval at that observation.

"Could we bust them from the round-up?"

"You could probably drive a car into the gate, but you might hurt someone. Oh... I got a message to a lady on the inside."

And again, that vaguely sick look.

"Perhaps. Perhaps...we could intercept an incoming shipment. Put our person at the wheel. Easy access to the inside, and the people."

"What lady?"

"She's... you can trust her. They might have moles, or sympathizers, but she wasn't one of them."

Brekke frowns. "Symon...are you not telling me something that I should know?"

"I'm working up to it. Not holding out on you. Just..." An X drawn on the map. "This is the office. One of the... maybe the best word is overseer... a sidhe lady. Snake and Tower insignia - sorry, Eden."

Eden says "Culture appropriating bitch"

"...she was just finishing up... having her way with one of the worker ladies. No. Fuck. She raped her. Shit. Didn't look like the first time. A sicko."

Dagmar's jaw is set Very Firmly.

And he describes the victim. "She had a black eye, too - fresh - but... that isn't exactly IDENTIFYING in this shithole. I told her that help would be coming. And to tell people she trusted to be ready. At first it looked like she wasn't sure, but when I mentioned the lady with the scar - the one that I got a flash from... I think she believed me."

A sound that might be teeth grinding. After a moment, "I understand." A deep breath. "We must move soon."

And he gives the Chief a wary look. "I had to say something. Didn't mean to fuck with your plans.. but... you didn't see her. She looked... like she was gonna rot on this inside from this. It's... they're..." He shakes his head.

"Every Pyramid builder needs a moses"

"Yeah - the lady with the scar. They'd rally around her, I think." He swallows. "But... don't Balor use iron? That, with all the guns - yeah, I recommend bulletproof shit if you can get it. Iron bullets will tear like butter through oakenshield."

A deeper scowl.

"I do not criticize you for what you did, Symon. I agree. It was necessary."

Brekke's jaw works again. "Anything else I must know?"

"Scar-let o hero ..might be.. part Korean..." The words slip and twist

"Eden saved my ass there. I goofed looking in on the office, if she hadn't fuddled...." A shake of his head. "Credit where it's due. Oh, but I don't think they have a healer on hand. Boss bitch said that if the guard who fell off the catwalk broke a leg, to take him to a clinic. " He cautions, "But she might just not bother it on their staff. If anyone there was enchanted, I didn't see 'em."

Eden blushes

"Besides the overseer, how many fae staff and guards, and how many mortal?"

(Correct if I missed something, D...) "I only saw one guard with a gun, the other with a baton... all mortal. The only Fae I saw was the Balor... and maybe Miss Moses. Or... right, she could be Kinain. Definitely something there."

"Based on the staff change I observed... Four guards at least, working in shifts. Half more paperwork oriented then muscle, if I judged right."

"Hm. That, at least, is encouraging. Still, they do not need much muscle if they have bullets."

"Do you need a guide going back in? Or a lookout? I put everything I remembered on the map..."
