"True. Boat!"

"He is, yeah."

Frank nods. "He is. Well. If you wilders decide to go I can give you a letter of introduction if you wish."

"Oh yeah..."

"There are a lot of enchanted mortals there, so you'll want to be aware of that. Good folk, mostly" A nod

Brogan waits out here, patiently

"Hmmmm...." Frank clears a bit of his desk free.

"Everything okay, Squire?" The Truthbranch asks

"Fine, Sir. Part of being a good squire is knowing when your'e not wanted in a location"

And indeed, Brogan seems okay with this. He's seen how dramatic others get. It's time for a sidhe of Daireann to set a proper dignified and stoic example for the trolls

A grunt. Approval?

"Hm." Frank is frowning at a piece of paper.

Carawyn nods and enjoys his treat and coffee.

Now the troll gets a calendar out and flips through it.

"Mountain? Is there something on a schedule I need to prepare for?" Squire Brogan asks

"No." He makes a short list. "Something I need to prepare for."

A nod and back to waiting

Whatever it is, he doesn't love it.

"Is it a Mountain thing?"

"Mm? No. I'm going to have to take a run over the road."

"Ohhh. Long trip? Siv going with you?"

"Yes, and ... I don't know. Just thinking it through now."

Siv enters in, as if summoned, "Dad, Dagmar, Brogan!"

Squire Brogan sighs

"Pardon, SQUIRE Brogan" She says "And Sir Carawyn, sir"

"Hello Siv." Warmth.

"Hey Siv."

" Today was crazy. Vashti and the Baroness had me trying out outfits, learning what looks good on me.. .and I'm like 'long as it's comfy' right?" A wow "That was the WRONG thing to say"

She does move to give her dad a hug

Frank stands to accept it.

"Anyway, Vashti Devil Praded me I think when I snickered. I ended up apologizing and I think we're good"

Carawyn raises a brow

"She what?"

"I got a lecutre on the power of fashion and how Beauty is life is not to be neglected and... well, kind of a run down. I think I had it coming?"

"For wanting comfortable clothes?"

"I think for disregarding what Vashti does more than anything, which I didn't realize I had." A sigh "And, well, there's some truth to dressing for the right occasion. My unseelie urges work against me there"

Nose-wrinkle.

"Sounds unpleasant."

"It was alarming, aye, but again, I did learn so it's not lost eh?"

"Mmph." Frank glowers. (Not sure I like how this sounds but will keep it to myself.)

"Well, guess there are expectations with a house."

A pause. "I mean, I think my armour is pretty cool looking, when everything's all together."

A few minutes after the Chieftain bustles out in company of Rover Olgar, Piper slips out of the kitchen as well. Evidently hoping to find that the lodge had cleared out, she instead steps into... all this.

Siv arches a brow, and kisses her father on the cheek, "I'll be fine."
