Lucia returns it.

And then laughs back. "Oh... did you want to hear the latest rumors?"

"Spill!"

"Oh my gosh .... well, Lupita's cousin? the summer miracle stud? May is totally mooning over him right? So Siv is playing matchmaker a bit when no one is looking... she's been edoing that a lot lately, and I was thinking 'whoa, 'stay in your lane girl' but then I was like 'oky sure'... and I think JC is noticing her..because May? Bam... she's ..finally filling out in the right ways? "

"So he's noticing... BUT.. so are about four other guys. and if he doesn't move soon, he's going to lose a chance I thnk"

And so the gossip goes on...

And so it was that Sylvi got to feeling better thanks to Luci, and Then.. upset.. not at Luci per se, but at the news. So she returns to the hold with new knowledge!

Knowledge of the Gloaming!

There has been a cool hot happening spot for wilders, and she was left OUT?

And...and...that's just NOT OKAY.

"Flopsy, did you know?" she demands.

"the specifics? No. I heard chimera talk about a gathering of wilders, but I didn't know it was a regular happening" He says "Cross my ears"

A put-upon sigh...and she seeks out Siv.

She also mutters about how Lucia, of all people, knew but she didn't!

Siv is not hard to find. She's been more relaxed of late. And taken an interest in dance.

So finding her in her room practicing.. not hard

Dag enters downstairs just in time to see a blue streak.

"Sylvi? What's up?" She tromps after.

Siv's door is open a crack so either girl can see her moving back and forth in a waltz pattern

Sylvi pauses at Siv's door and watches a minute, her arms folded. She glances over at Dagmar when she reaches the top of the stairs. "I've got a bone to pick with a certain person, and you get to hear it, come on." And she knocks on Siv's partially opened door. "Siv!"

"Yeah? "Siv stops "if this is about that blouse, I had it cleaned"

"We're mad? Why are we mad?" She follows.

"It's...the blouse? Which blouse?" Then she puts up a hand. "Never mind. I'm betting you've been holding out on us."

"Holding out on... " A stop, and then "Oh, what if I have? I'm not sure how it's your business what I do with my spare time "

"Because it's not just for you! We're wilders, too, and we have a right to know!" She includes Dagmar in her body language, apparently expecting solidarity.

"Not just for me? It's my ship, my trip.. and my love life! I know, yes, he's the servant of that woman, but that doesn't eman you get to walk in her pointing fingers"

"..Yeah!:

"Et Tu, Dagmar? I can handle it.. him. " A blush

Sylvi blinks. "Wait...him? Who, him?"

"Who him? YOu..." Siv stops "This is...wait, What IS this about?" confusion

"What?"

"I was talking about the Gloaming! What...who are you talking about?"

"What the hell is a gloaming? And .."A light blush "I am talking about .. I'm seeing a fellow. Okay? I found rebound guy let's leave it at that"

"What's a gloaming?"

"That's what I asked" Siv says now confused AND a tad embarrassed

Sylvi is clearly off her footing, and it takes her a moment to recover. "Okay...okay...I want to hear ALL about new guy. BUT...the Gloaming is the important thing, here. I just her from LUCIA of all people that there's a pop-up party that's for wilders, and we've never been invited to it!"

"You will hear very little about new guy because..." Then the rest comes out "Wait, there's some kind of regular rave/ party and we're not invited to it? Why the hell not?"

As if Sylvi should know the answer to that very question since she's the first to know that they weren't in the know.

"I don't KNOW! But I do know that ZANE knows, and I think he better tell us pretty darn quick." She fishes out her phone and starts texting.

"I mean, I don't think I mind missing a party..."

"From what I hear, it's not like a fancy ball, Dagmar. It's just wilders hanging out, no adults. Might be fun!"

"Wait, it's grump Free? We've only been wanting that for.. oh forever "

"OMG, right?!"

She bites on her lower lip.

"Maybe they think we're narcs?"

Sylvi pauses and looks at Dagmar...then drops the hand with her phone to her side, her jaw dropping. "Oh...wow. You might be right. We're....wow...."

"We're not..." Siv blinks "Or that our parents would... oh good grief that sucks."

Sylvi looks at her phone as it buzzes again...bites her lip...and after a moment texts back.
