"Well, as you know, the mists aren't so much amnesia as ...well, sometimes a creative editor... when she's not enchanted she seems to still be better emotionally."

"But...this has happened more than once. The subsequent enchantments were not your doing?"

"One was... it was on a weekend. " He admits "That weekend I took off for the beach house in mane? It was just us.. I thought 'no harm'"

"But this last enchantment I didn't do " He says "Lucia seems the most likely culprit doesn't she?"

"Perhaps." A sigh. "Lut...the Rights. Ignorance. Dream." She shakes her head. "This is dangerous."

"I know. " A sigh "Do you want me not to see her again? If someone is doing it on my behalf, maybe my breaking it off completely will stop it" She's seen that look, trollish sacrifice. She's worn it. he will give up a woman he might love if she commands it.

"Hm." She frowns, then shakes her head. "Not yet. I will speak to Lucia and find out more." She looks at him again. "Lut, thank you for speaking openly with me about this."

"I regret I didn't do it sooner, Chieftain, but it .. I rationlized it as a gift from Da'an. I was selfish" he hangs his head

"I have been selfish, in my time. I understand. Come...let us finish patrol."

A nod.. and he follows continuing patrol with her.

She resumes walking, preoccupied, but somewhat reassured. Lut has not lost his mind. That is good.

Stormwake is mighty

Trotting around in his corral and eying the fence like mmmm

He does have a fan club of one, at least.

He eyes the fence, looks like ..yeah, he wants to leap it. Even if he has no rider.

Then he realizes Dagmar is watching. Would she narc?

She meets that look with an Eyebrow.

Horse huff. Fine. NO jumping it..today.

A grim nod, and an apologetic shrug.

Foootsteps..very soft. Symon soft.

It takes a moment, but she looks.

A sluagh, one that looks like he was crafted of wax and melted just enough to get really ugly is there "This is RIvervale right? I've been here before I think but it was years ago."

She tries not to stare too hard. "Yeah, this is Rivervale."

"I'm Mire. " He whispers "I have a delivery for one Siv Waveborne? " He holds up a watermelon sized package.

"Siv? I'm.. do you need her direct, or can I take it to her?"

He looks her over, "You're a troll... so I guess it's good. I only had to drop it off here with notice so.. sure." He hands her the package.

"You're good to deliver this, on your honor?" He asks

"Totally!"

"Then thanks. I guess I'm done here." He says "Unless you or someone else wants a package delivered somewhere?"

"I don't think so, but thanks!"

She weighs the package in her hands, giving it a gentle bobble in curiosity.

Something clunks around in there.

"Hunh." She goes Siv hunting.

Siv is listening to some music, pods in her ears. She hasn't played 'let's hear it for the boy' .... ever , not since Bancroft left and she's not playing it now.

"Sail away sail away" She sings along with Enya

"Yo, Siv!"

Even her musical choices tend to be nautical

Siv turns "I hope this is good... I was just about to get to the Isles of Ebony" She sees the package "wait, is that for me?"

"Yeah. Some reeeaaallll weird sluagh brought it."

She reads the adress "Oh my gosh it's from Alaska..."

"Wow..."

"Can't be.." She starts to tear into it

"Can't be what?"

"A ship.. " the tinking of glass and a large bottle, water in it, and also... a wooden ship "Not..what I was expecting" She gazes at it "It's lovely but"

"It's pretty cool. How do you think they got it in there?"

"Oh they assemble them flat and you use little hooks to... how can I sail in this?" Dubious "Huh. Maybe they do have a sense of humor"

"Sense of humor?"
