"Seeya." Why is she blushing again?

"mmm" Mr. King says not sure what's going on here. He takes the bag, and heads out with his daughter.

A quick wave and she ducks out after Jaymes.

Adam grins, and keeps working.

Greely glances over at Adam, "Try not to lose me customers, okay? Or for that matter.. your teeth. Sam King is the strongest girl at her school. I saw her throw a shot put once when she was angry. Theyr'e still waiting for it to come down." Dead pan

Clear shock.

"I thought she was, like, flexing on me when we shook hands...."

"If she were flexing I'd be getting you a finger cast" Mr. Greely observes.

"Woah. No one told me anything about that. She's cute, though."

"Yeah well...you're young. I get it. But remember, on the clock, I need you working in this place, not romancing. Okay?"

Adam would protest, but swallows it. "Yessir."

"Thanks. "

Adam goes back to sweeping, and makes an effort to do a good job.

At the end of Adam's shift, Siv pulls up, "Hey"

Adam was just walking to his car. Hos face lights up. "Hey yourself!"

"You got time to hit the lake?"

"Sure!!" Wow, double exited. "You want me to follow you?"

"Sure... or you can meet me there if you want to get trunks or somewhat"

"Yeah, I guess I should... ok, see you there."

At the lake, Siv is motioning to Dagmar "Come on, Dags... tell me you'll do my hair again soon? You got it so good the last time."

"You want blue again? Something different?"

'Ah the blue works for me... " A smile "Links me and mom a bit"

Adam makes his way along, looking for Siv.

"Hey, Adam. See you found the place," Siv says. Siv is wearing an aquamarine bikini "This is Sam, my cousin"

"Y.... your cousin!?!!?" The initial look of vast appreciation for her choice of swimwear is swallowed but surprise.

Sam clams up. "Uh. Hi, Adam..."

"Can't you see the resemblance?" Siv says with a straight face

No bikini here - boy's trunks and a long-sleeved rash guard.

"Well yeah. Sure. I just didn't earlier. Uh. Sam came into the store today."

"...He works at Greely's..."

"Ah..." She smiles "That makes sense. Anway, Adam, welcome to the lake" She gestures. At another area he can see other teens cavorting and goofting off... in another direction, Zane is applying lotion onto Tanya.

It looks as if the local teen age community has taken over. The lure being.. few adults

Adam does do a double take at Zane. Well, Tanya, more likely.

"Yeah, this is cool." Tearing his gaze away he drops to sit with them.

"Someone brought a cooler with sodas... you leave change in the can ..it's a trust system. andby Trust system, Sam threatened Dirk not to take anything and so far so good"

"Cool, thanks... you guys want any?"

"I'm good. How about you, Sam?" Siv asks Dagmar

"...Dr. Pepper, please?" She finds a pair of quarters to hand off.

"I got it." He saunter over, drops a couple bucks in the can and brings back two Dr. Peppers. "Cheers." Giving her one as he sits.

"Such a gent" Siv smiles "Yeah.. you two already talk basketball?"

"We did." Adam grins. "Gonna do a little one on one sometime."

"Ah well, it was nice knowing you, Adam" Siv says, then looks at Dagmar "Try not to skunk him TOO hard"

"...Thanks." She cracks open the drink and takes a sip. "Yeah, was sayin' we had a hoop..."

"Hey, I'm just gonna play fair."

"We both have hoops." He reminds her. "Maybe I should let you have home court advantage?"

"Hey, you're my cousin, of course my money's on you" siv says to Sam with a smile.

A snort. "I'll play you any court."

the lake behind the girls starts to shimmer

Adam has something to look at other than the water. Sam makes the trunks and shirt look good and Siv.... well. Plenty to look at right here.
