"Oh yeah well" Zane says "It was Eden's idea" Credit where it is due.

"But we'll all take the praise anyway" Lucia agrees

Eden coughs "Well, you see? I Like stabbing things"

"It's a big help. Thanks, Eden. So, anything going on? Any trouble?"

Eden says a bit too quickly "NOPE."

Zane raises a brow then "Well, mom tells me we'll be renting out this place for a low key kind of party for those not craszy about noble ritz on Carnival..well she and dad will"

Colton says "Hey, noble holds can be fun "

"They can be...." Sylvi acknowledges, kind of slowly.

"So...Zane...is your party going to be, like...all satyrs?"

"Nope, any kith or kinian is invited. It's not a hold or anything...but one side is going be wilder than the other..." Zane says

"Oh. Right, yeah, that makes sense."

"We've got to find some way to get you out of the house for the night, Eden," Sylvi smiles.

Eden says "My folks know I'm going to become evil, like, delilah level if not jezebel, so they're hoping to keep me in my tower of purity. "

"Yeah, but...well, do you want to stay home?"

"well, it would keep me from such evils as gluttony, sortofcation, and dancing" She blushes

Lucia says "Let me translate. She wants to go"

"Then it's kind of a Right of Rescue thing, as far as I'm concerned."

Eden shoots a shy smile "panzers"

"I think she means Tanks..er Thanks" Zane says

Sylvi goes from baffled to laughing pretty quickly. "Wow. Okay, no problem. We'll figure something out. Oh, but we've got to do costumes, too." A quick glance at Colton, and a blush. "I won't dare you, like last year."

"Maybe I should dare you" Colton smiles

"You did, remember?"

"Details" He waves it off loftily, then smiles "Okay, no dares. What should we go as you think? "

Eden suggests "A backless dress...." a beat "Then We have to find something for Sylvi"

Zane snorts

Lucia chuckles

Sylvi laughs, then pauses and actually considers something.

"We could do Gomez and Morticia, only I'd be Gomez, and you'd be Morticia." She doesn't sound like she really means it, but is amused by the image.

Colton ponders "Interesting, interesting.. let me think.. no."

"Heyyy!" She thumps his shoulder lightly.

"Well, I don't know. What are you guys thinking of going as?" she asks the others.

He takes the thump with a smile.

Zane says "I'm... not sure." He says "normally it's something greek but ah... who knows?"

Lucia says "One time I went as a Nancy Drew but I'm out of that phase I think"

Eden sighs "Maleficent is SO last year." Wistful

"Oh, Eden, that would look good on you."

The thin girl BLUSHES furiously

"I mean that in a good way! You're not like her, but you could play the part for a little while."

Colton then smiles "Hey, disney characters period might be cool"

"Yeah? Maybe...but...I'm not sure who...."

"Well, probably not Jasmine Genie stuff you did that, though you LOOKED fantastic" Colton says

Sylvi blushes slightly, but bows a bit. "Thank you, thank you...."

"Oh! Oh, I should see if Kelby wants to come here for Carnivale."

Lucia says "Oh this is too easy..." She gestures to herself "Snow white." Then points to Sylvi "Cinderealla at the ball..." She points to Colton "Prince who has to bring the glass slipper... which will be aweomse as it matches your arm... Eden will be Maleficent and mmm Zane, Dr. Facilier"

"Oh I am so not risking black face" Zane says "It's wrong, hateful...AND I'd get my ass kicked"

"Hmmm...Maybe? I'll have to find glass slippers." She pauses and bites her lip. "Would it be completely insensitive to ask Bertand for help on that?"

"Ask Kelby to ask for you maybe?" Colton says

"I wasn't saying black face, just the rest of the outfit" Lucia rolls her eyes

"Ah, still.. can't commit" Zane says increeasingly uncomfortable

"Maybe." Then, "Zane? You okay?"
