Siv's eyes narrow, then looks to Dagmar, "Guess it doesn't matter now, but something felt powerful wrong about him"

"He doesn't get to roam these woods, Siv. Not without Chief's permission."

"Right?"

"Changelings are allowed to roam where they want in this fief normally, Dagmar. Not sure we have the authority to stop him" Siv frowns

"Is he a changeling, though? I don't know that kith..."

"Neither do I.. I think the important thing is we warn others about him. We should seek out Klump. Warn him of danger in hsis woods."

A frown and she nods. "I can't take you to that place, though. You think he'd hear through the ground?"

Siv ponders "Take me as close as you can, then you go the rest of the way I wait in Eashot? That way you keep your trust, but you get word to him without being out of reach of help if you need it?"

She chews on her hangnail. "Maybe..."

"You have a better idea? I'm open" She shrugs

"No... guess not." She glances up at the trees.

Snow swallows and peeks down "Thank you. Where should I go?"

She frowns. "Well, maybe the Barn? I can't say much about the whole woods, but that's home. I can tell Bent to get Bent there, right?"

"Sure as hell can" Siv nods "And Jaymes will protect Snow"

"Exactly. And bananas!"

Snow says "I like the way you think"

She grins. "You'll like Jaymes."

"Directions are..." Siv tells Snow

Dagmar nods. "We have grapes, too."

Snow bounces and leaps off towards that way

Siv watches her go, "Hope Two bit doesn't eat her"

"I think she's probably too fast for TwoBit..."

"Though TwoBit barks. Think we should go with her?"

"Better to tell Klump I think...""

A frown. "okay...."

"Well, you want me to go with her and YOU to go Klump? I don't want to split forces but I'm not the leader here." She says "NEither of us are"

"I want to make sure she's safe, yeah... you go with Snow. Maybe she can get set up in the big tree by the balcony?"

"I'll go then, you're right. Jjaymes does't know her, I'll vouch. You 've got my cell number" Siv says and offers Dagmar a fist bump

"I do!" Fist bump, hand wiggle.

Siv grins, and the two split

"I'll see Klump and head to the Barn." She turns to head deeper into the woods.

it doesn't take long to flind Klump's Anchor, or Klump himself.

"Klump, hey!" She calls out.

Klump rises from his boulder, "Little one, how are you?" He stretches "They tell me this is a new year, I thought that was Beltaine and Samhain"

"Well... I mean, I guess there's lots of new years? But yeah, it is."

"Odd. mm well, a new Year to you, little one"

"I came to warn you about a creepy guy. I don't know what he is, he didn't feel right for an eshu..."

"He did not?" a thought "If he felt wrong, you should trust your instincts"

"That's why we thought to let you know - Siv was with me, but she's watching the chimera he was chasing. He had these big dogs, threatened to set them on us."

"I don't think it's right to put a leash on something that can talk, do you? I mean, it's not really an animal then..."

"The fae hounds are smarter than they seem, but, yes, they are still dogs. " Klump considers "I wonder if he is Thallian. Thallian often 'feel wrong'. What should I do if I run into this creepy guy?"

"Um. Be careful? Like, I know you can protect yourself... but..."

"But there are always those with power of their own who would abuse it" Klump nods "Strength falls to the wicked as well. That is why we need you and the trolls of Rivervale, Dagmar. Champions of the Good with power to hold the might abusers back"

"I... I hope so, yeah." A little frown. "That's it. He felt like a bad person. Like he'd hurt anything he owned, you know? Like they're just things, and not alive."

"Mmm I do not like him already" Kllump nods, "I will take precautions to hide my anchor a bit more carefully"

She nods. "Good, okay. You can decide to help him or not... but I just... I don't like him."

"Oh! And did I tell you I met a tree? A kubera, she said."

"Oh Kubeera, they are interesting, they have a way of leading others to success"

"Yeah? She seemed nice. She introduced me to the animals. Hey, is 'A Gather" a thing? Frank hasn't talked about it in my lessons, but the way she said it made it sound important..."
