"Kerri's a good cook." She leans against the counter, digging into her food. "He might like Batman bats, too."

"Mmm mm" Trying not to talk during a gulp then when clear she does says "Scary guy? Yeah , maybe. Oh, Ant Man and the wasp soon"

"Oh, yeah! Maybe we could all go?"

"I sure hope so!"

A grin "First one was fun"

She nods. "Wonder if there's an art where you could do that? Like, become super tiny or - you saw, in Civil War? He turned into a giant!"

"...Ha. Gi-ANT."

She chuckles "Yeah, good pun." She says "And there tottally is. Called Metamorphosis"

"Cool. I'll have to learn that one, too."

"You are going to be tired by the time you learned every art you want" Siv grins "But yeah. how are the lessons on sky craft with Jaymes going?"

"Um..."

"Okay? I dunno, I don't think I see it yet."

"You'll get it." She says confident

"Sure." SIGH. "Probably when I get sained, right?"

"No, probably something sooner than that..not everything depends on saining, or you'd be no stronger than you were" she reminds

"True!"

"But it sort of feels that way. You know?"

"I don't have the same problems, but my own mean I think I can understand your frustration" She says sympathetically

"Yeah..."

"The oath? It's two parts. One for Jaymes and one for me."

"But I'm not supposed to take an Oath if I ain't sained."

"It's complicated init?" She says "But you know? Jaymes is already acting like the Oath is there. He's..he's a good fellow, and you? You're been sticking by him"

She bites on her lower lip and nods. "He... yeah."

"Now if only he could figure out to talk to Tove..." she rolls her eyes

She scowls. "I hate that."

"I don't know how to make it better, neither."

"Oh you can't. Neither of us can. We're both too young for them to listen to us on it. But in a way you do help them , they BOTH care for you, that's something they have in common"

She raises an eyebrow. "Nuh-uh..."

"Adding a kid to the mix makes things worse."

"Oh now, don't twist things to being your fault. This is on them"

"No, but if I try mucking around I think it'd make it worse? So I gotta stay out of the way, so I can't just yell at them to stop being so STUPID."

"THAT I understand. we should let you strike a few more dummies in the the practice yard so you can let your mad out. I'm not even as close as you to it and I STILL want to pop them"

"I get that he was dumb, but like... " she huffs. "I hate it."

"Because you care about him" She nods "Mom and I had a bit of a yelling match. Poor dad...he was so miserable"

"I don't like yelling fights. I mean, I know, I get into them..."

Sympathetic nod "I felt so stupid after I was done. Mom deserves better than that from me, so did dad. "

"Sometimes you gotta yell, though. Like.. you can't be heard..."

"You ever feel that way?"

"More than once" she admits

"Shouldn't be so hard."

"Shouldn't but is" Siv nods "We all get frustrated , angry, it's how we handle it that we have to watch for. Nobody's perfect, we'll all slip but doesn't make it feel any better does it?"

"Yeah. Sometimes, I get so angry it's like I can't even see straight. It just boils up."

"well, yelling is better than some options,"

SHe ponders

"And in the middle of it... " She gestures. "I just.. it feels good, sort of, to just let go and stop feeling like trash... like... like feeling powerful..."

"But after, I dunno, I usually feel worse."

"Oh, like the hulk... he rages and slams things around seems to have a good time...but unless one of the Avengers is there to kind of coax it towards right targets, tis Banner who looks at a half broken city going 'oh no'"

She nods.

"Yeah. " She nods "I'm more happy go lucky, but even I can relate sometimes. Rage is a fickle mistress"
