Siv frowns and seems unsure what to say "Why don't you ask my mom about it. She's the chief, and...well... she's wiser than I, and knows hiding spots we haven't found"

"I mean the Barn House. The Yellow Nightmare."

"Less yellow now. Jaymes says we're gonna start painting next week, probably."

"Yeah? What colors?"

"Blues, mostly."

She grins "of course. Who doesn't like blue?"

"Exactly! And red, and white, but not like a flag... just... different rooms?"

"Sounds bright and alive" she says approvingly

"I think it'll be nice"

"I think it will be you and Jaymes, so I know it will be nice" She stretches, and yawns herself

"Yeah... tired."

"Yeah. let me know if you need more hands when the painting starts. I'd be happy to help, but for now? I'm heading to bed. "

"Cool. Night Siv"

"Night, Dagmar. Sweet dreams of grand colors on walls you call your own" A grin of wolf teeth, and off she goes.

And Dag reaches to click out the light. Time for sleep!

The light goes out, the stars shine brighter. Not a bad trade.
