"RIght. Sandra Dee gets her man by wearing a smoking hot leather jacket"

"Good ol' Pascack Valley High." A thought. "I think I'm going to call it Ipecac Valley High."

"I'm glad you and Sy'll be there."

"Wow, Siv...you know they don't just all break into song at a moment's notice."

A grin to Dagmar. "Me too. Gotta keep the team together."

"They would with the right cantrips" Deadpan

Then a sly smile "yes, I know"

"Hmmmm...that might be kind of cool, actually....."

"Uh..... no."

"It would be funny though"

"If I didn't dance."

"Fair?"

"I bet you'd dance fine. Didn't you dance at Beltane?"

She shrugs. "A little."

"And the world didn't end."

"Just dance like no one is watching"

Sylvi grins and slips into bed, careful not to disrupt Flopsy too much.

"I just don't wanna make a fool of myself."

"I'm going to pass out, guys, but you can keep talking, no worries."

"Sleep well, Sylvi" She says

"Thanks. And...Dagmar, I've made a fool out of myself tons. It sucks...but it's a great way to learn stuff. G'night."

"Look, no avoiding that" Siv says to Dagmar 'We all feel like fools sometimes"

She sends a quick text, then snuggles Flopsy and drops off fairly quickly.

"Yeah, well..."

"Night Sylvi..."

"Yeah, well... I don't like it. You get made a fool, you get made a target, sometimes. Enough."

"Now that's true. Some folks are arses."

"But you know what I notice?"

"What?"

"Someone" Low wwhisper and amused look at the sleeping Sylvi "Really really trusts us"

"Who?" A pause, then she looks. "Oh..."

"Oh, I wouldn't. She's my friend."

"You don't do that to friends."

A look over, "So I'm a bad person for being tempted?"

"Like, what would you do?"

"I don't like pranks. Usually, it's just an excuse to be a dick, and then laugh at someone when they're hurt."

"Maybe just write the words "Thanks for trusting us" on her forehead?" Answering "and I don't want her hurt. just..having a bit of fun, and if she gets me I hope I have enough of a sense of humor to laugh. IT's not always mallice, you know?Sometimes it's a way of bonding."

She scowls. "Can I just, like, camp out in the woods or something?"

"Okay, okay. I just don't wnat you mad when it is the holiday and someone pranks you and means it to show affection and instead you take it wrong"

Her jaw juts out, stubborn. "Yeah. I can sleep in the woods, right?"

"Spoilsport. Besides, it's a concordian wide holiday, being in the woods may not matter"

A glower. "Well, I don't care."

"I ain't gonna have nobody make a joke out of me."

"Okay okay" She holds up her hands "Tell you whaat, what I can do is target someone else, okay? Like Vali maybe"

"Sure, whatever. You target Vali."

"I won't target anybody."

"Sure," She says, "I didn't mean to upset you, Dagmar. I guess we just disagree on somethings, and that's okay, isn't it?"
