"Mmph." She carefully balances two platters once they're all loaded.

"Smelled the food." She concedes. "Gerd, you got the free hand - you wanna handle doors?"

"Sure!" Gerd does open them good and wide

Dag heads back to the outside party with the other girls, to set the platters out on the big picnic tables.

And all done cllean and dry, they glisten pristinely

Task complete, Dag looks at the other girls. "You guys hungry?"

"Starved" Gerd says//"I've been nibbling" Siv confesses

Her golden eyes flick over to the Olgar-grilling-station. "Think it's okay?"

"Course it is, that's why there are rolls an things already laid out"

She nods, hesitating. "Yeah."

Kerri looks over from another part of the party, and waves her thanks to Dagmar and the other girls.

Sylvi fell quiet at the mention of a group of three going on a Quest. She's been helping, but pensively.

A wave back at Kerri, and a flash of a smile.

Coming out of her thoughts, "Dag, Mom keeps the tables stocked and replenished all day. It's a big ol' help yourself picnic for everybody. Dig in!" So saying, Sylvi starts filling up her plate.

Damar nods, though she still waits until the others have started before picking up her own plate. The lamb earns a nose-wrinkle, and she checks on Sylvi and Siv's portions before taking a hamburger.

Zane and the Wayburtons wave from a table from near the grill. Mrs. Wayburton smiles as she sees the girls and Dagmar in particular

Healthy but not excessive portions. Sylvi opts for a burger, as well.

Zane gets an upnod when Dagmar notices him, but her eyes slide past the two unknown adults.

There's another satyress , this one a wilder, that Dagmar doesn't recognize, but Sylvi certainly should. Dressed in a T shirt that says "My Two Dads" like a very old sitcome logo, but with a rainbow background, Leta doesn't just wave, she trots up on her hooves almost springing "Sylvi!"

Dagmar mumbles something, retreating.

"Leta! Ohmigosh, how are you!" She puts down her plate and gives the satyr a hug, then steps back. "You look amazing!"

"I feel fantastic, thanks. You look good, as always. My dads have been fantastic." The satyr says, "Said I could come here with my aunt and uncle. "

"That's great!" She turns around to introduce. "Leta, this is Dagmar. She just woke up about a month ago. And...you haven't met Siv yet, right? She's from...well, further away. And...wow, I don't even know if you met Gerd. Guys, this is Leta. She's very cool."

Leta waves with a finger waggle, "Hiya. " She is just gushing happiness, and looks to be about Sylvi's age.

"Welcome aboard," Siv grins.

Gerd say "We met. Once." A nod, "Do not fear. Newly wokened one. We trolls shall shield you." VErY serious.

Leta tries not to smirk

"...Hey." Studying her paper plate and its resident hamburger.

"Everything's good at home, with your Dadses?"

"Yeah, they're great. Your mom's been really nice to them the last few phone calls. They like her by the way. And, not saying which, one thinks the other is spoiling me rotten, the other thinks the other is too worried about my grades not being all Bs and ups and that C level is nothing to be ashamed of blah blah... I mean, they are SO like the best parents. They both fuss over me like my old parents never did." A pause, a sudden frown, "Well, there's a lot of things they DON"T Do that my old parents did and that's a good thing"

"Seriously," Sylvi responds with a heartfelt nod....and she can't help but glance at Dagmar a moment. Then a quick, "So, hey, have you gotten any food yet?" to Leta.

"Oh! Wow, saw you got distracted... no no... can I have a burger?"

"Of course! And you know Dad makes the best burgers...."

Leta grins, "Yeah, too good to pass up. B.R.B." And zip, to get a juicy one

Siv laughs a bit, then, "That's the girl you saved on that quest I heard tell of Yes?"

Dag stays quiet.

"It...she is, yeah. I wasn't going to say." Sylvi's voice is lower. "I don't know whether she's comfortable talking about it. It was...she was in a pretty ugly situation."

"oh," Siv says lowering her own voice

That's when boys, teenage boys, converge on the lodge from about three different sources, and all at once. Colton comes almost jogging up carrying a bunch of flowers! With him is..a friend? And not Bert./and three guys approach talking to Leta who seems to know them. / and then an Eshu, close to 18 pops in and looks around, Vano is here.

Dag's shoulders hunch.

Siv at first gushes to see Vano, then swallows as she realizes Vano is here. Oh thank the Dreaming Dad is busy

"Colton?" Sylvi sets her plate down again, hoping like heck she doesn't have food in her teeth. "I thought you had to be at EarthRunes...?"

"well, I wanted to make a showing but the later nigght stuff gets more.. uhm... it's a Fiona hold" Colton grins sheepishly and then "Ohh, I brought you flowers. Happy Beltaine"

The trolless retreats, taking advantage of the chaos and distraction - surely there has to be a place to sit by herself...

Gerd notices the retreat, and briefly considers hopscotching Dagmar back here, but then remembers some folks are just fussy about being put where they need to be. Sigh

Perhaps it is the scheduled time for teen boys to arrive, as Ann-Marie Lee arrives, Symon in tow. He slinks back, blinking at the sunlight, mercifully filtered through leaves at some points. His skin looking a bit chalkier than usual - ah, sunscreen.

She finally eats her burger, polishing it off inside of three hungry bites. The otherwise-empty plate rests on her knees, and her gaze doesn't leave it.

"Symon, go talk to folks honey, it's Beltaine" Ann Marie advises, "I'll leavey ou to it."

Sylvi accepts the flowers happily, and gives him a quick kiss without even glancing at her father first.

"I need to put these in water...come with me?" She smiles and heads back to the Lodge.
