He takes hers and says "I've missed you so much" And kisses her to show her

She returns the kiss, then blushes. "I've missed you too, Colton. I mean, it's good we're both busy, but...it would be nice to be able to spend some time together."

"Yeah,I'm sorry. My liege thought I should go on this quest, and , you know how it is... someone in trouble you kind of want to help. Honoria's ready to make this glorious, but I think I mostly want to get it done so I can visit you again already." Sheepish

"Oh." A pleased smile, and she looks down. "I guess...it kind of sounded like..." She shakes her head and meets his eyes again. "Never mind. You're here now."

And this time she kisses him.

"Sounded like..." But before he can question, she kisses him again and.. you know that's a good answer to anything

She parts and says, "Want to see the sunset? We might even see some of the stars coming out, if we stay long enough."

"I would love that... and you can tell me all bout your adventures here..." And they head out to do just that

Cuddling, kisssing, leaning together to keep the cold off each other, and yes, watching the stars come out

When they come up for air now and then, she tells him of the wendigo, of the white walkers, of the Nunnehi and especially the Pu'gwi. "It's been a lot."

'wow" he says, though whether the wow is for the kiss or her adventures or all isn't clear... probably all

The boggans are back, on the job. Sylvi doesn't have to get up early this morning, but she wouldn't miss it for he world. Colton is leaving.

And besides, there's a sidhe in her room, and it's not like she's going to sleep through her getting-ready process.

And odd winding sound

That puzzles her and she looks around, but then remembers and looks away quickly so as not to intrude.

For a moment, she sees the girl twisting the odd chimeric key that hooks into her breast, and now a ticking and..."Sorry, didn't mean to wake you"

"No, it's okay, sorry, I didn't mean to...um..." A pause. "Can I ask...does that hurt?"

"I..oh, the winding, yes, but, not in the way you think" Honoria blushes "I... when I'm not not beating... I grow logical, but also cold and ..eventually cruel...and slower and.. evereything I don't want to be. "

"I'm sorry. That sounds awful."

"Yes, and then I wind it back, and I remember the emotional side o it...and I feel..bad...it's like all the guilt I couldn't feel at before comes back "

"All at once"

She sighs "it's okay though I'm used to it"

"Maybe someday you'll figure out a way to...improve it?"

"I hope so" she says "But to get a good look at it I need t otake it out and that's.. a scary thought. Colton's been very understanding about my limitation"

A pause in her own getting-dressed preparations. "He's a really good guy. Really sweet. Sometimes a little dense, but not too dense." She smiles a bit.

"Oh I know, he's kind of smooth, but then with a bump. it's actually kind of endearing. I mean."

Sylvi looks at her, trying to figure out if she's trying to antagonize her.

Honoria is givingg her hair strokes, despite the fact it came up looking great

A sigh, and she sets about getting her own hair in its neat ponytail. Functional, but not even close to what Honoria can achieve with just a toss of her head.

"Thanks for seeing us off." She says, dressed in traveler gear and some armor. Hair or not she's ready for a fight

"My pleasure. Again, sorry I can't go with you." Sylvi's also dressed for the day...simple garb with a tabard with the Rivervale crest on it. "Is there anything you'll need before you leave?"

"I think we have everything. They've prepared supplies and ssuch for us. The baron here is very generous. It's a small out of the way hold but he can't be vaulted for hospitality. Kind of a shame he's in the boonies"

"It may be the boonies, but it's beautiful." She opens the door and waits for Honoria to leave first, then follows behind her. Emissary rank or not, she's the host.

"It's very nice"

Sylvi accompanies her down to the front hall, where they'd agreed to meet Colton.

Colton is talking to the Baron and saying "Thank you for the advice, lord, are you sure?"//"Trust me, range helps" A chimeric gun?

Sylvi can't help but smile and color a bit on seeing Colton there, but all she says is, "Good morning, my lord. Good morning, Squire Colton."

then Colton turns to see Sylvi and smiles, "Hello, Emissary , lovely morning. "He deliberately meets her eyes as he says lovely

"Morning, Emissary, ready to see these two off?" the baron smiles

She colors a bit more, then nods to the Baron. "Yes, Lord."

"Though...if I may speak with Squire Colton privately for a moment..?"

"Of course, I'd hoped to talk to Squire Honoria for a moment anyway" the Baron says //Colton walks with her, "I liked watching the stars come up"

"So did I." She draws him into a side corridor, checks that they're alone for the moment, and then steals a kiss. "I know you'll be careful in the Dreaming, so I won't tell you to be careful...but I'll be thinking of you there. Contact me as soon as you return, okay?"

A flicker of glamour and ..she's not sure, but she thinks she just ..uhm..blessed him or something? A lady's favor?

A blink of surprise. She didn't know she could do that.

"I'll be careful" he assures her, "and wow. I..some kiss. I'll call you as soon as I can, and if you're not done by the time we get back, I'm totally going to pester the baron and ask him if I can visit "

"We'll both pester him," she assures. "And...well, I know Honoria's going to be even more knock-out gorgeous in the Dreaming so...um..." She sort of trails off there with a shrug.

"Are you worried I'll...be unfaithful?" Not...angry, just surprised

"Well....technically....we're not committed right now. And...she's...she keeps saying things...."
