Update: Okay. B's latest lab came back not any better, or worse. They're taking her back to the home, under hospice. Her daughter is breaking out the DVD player and B's last hours (or longer) on Earth will be watching her favorite movies

Hard, but better. The hospice nurses are really amazing people.

B's daughter feels a bit bad she's not grieving more. But then again, she's lost her mom to dementia already..comparatively this is not a shock
