So she asks about my showering habits ouut of the blue today. I'm confused, say that yes I do someetimes but mostly it's the one below I use. I don't say (Because you've pretty much taken over the one with the working toilet)

I know she has dementia and forgets but it was all I could do not to snap at her

Apparently I'm not expected to wash my hands afterr I use the toielt upstairs or something? or at least not expected to dry

So I said "I still use it" simply and turned. Muttering "The towel stays where it is" whether she heard that or not, I'm not sure, and I almost hope she did becausei t's a lot better than "Stop being a selfish old c**t"

I do like the character. An old soul in the pulp vein. I love that his internal monologue used three times more sentences to process a woman's description than a guy's. Even Dresden himself admits he's guilty of it...though he's not sure if it's chauvinism, or chivalry or both.
