The driver bows and lets them into the coach. To mortal eyes a minivan

"And thank you, too." To the trolless.

Another bow, and she guides them in

"Thanks again." Sliding on a mask as they return towards the mortal realms.

They ride into town, towards those parts of Baltimore Washington meeting areas that are seen as just so quaint or exotic. Which means different enough to make folks feel cosmopolitin, but not so different as to scare away their money or get them riled into freaking. Yet to changeling eyes... our two heroes can see the buildings become ..older than they are, taking on aspects of ancient Korea, and even mythical korea. New York City has a bigger Korea town, but it would appear the locals here are working very hard to preserve certain dreams. Perhaps they do so with the Countess Gates blessing?

Dagmar stares - this is new! She's only been to the City a few times, Paramus doesn't count.

Chimera do abound, to those that have seen anime or Mulan (the animated version ) Some of it might look familiar.. but off. But it's not off, it's just not Japanese or Chinese thanks. Korea has it's own mythos...influenced but still it's own.

And yes.. K Pop band chimera...

Dagmar points out things to Symon, like he might have missed them!

One mortal teenager, Danny sighs as some attractive girls go by. He'll never have a chance with girls like that he...

and then he is possesed by a Kpop chimera...

Suddenly enchantment seems to bloom, and the girls gasp as he sings of his sexy sexy love... for each and everyone of them. He looks gorgeous, acts confident, and sings like an angel

Has GREAT hair.

And one of the girls mother comes out to tell her to get out of the coldd... then she sees him too.. and sighs

and just like that.. the Chimera steps out... leaving Danny a bit confused on what he's doing

and girls blushing after fawning over him.

Yet ... some part of them may remember that for one moment, he was SUPER Sexy magic music man! Perhaps with half cape

And Danny certainly has a better chance of getting a date after that.

and an older woman that refuses to make eye contact for a week

Symon looks enthralled and amused in turn. Shaking his head at the K-Pop, remembering Ann Marie's well-intended but off the mark attempts to interest him there...

"Hunh."

Perhaps if K-POp involved otherworldly possession more often, more sluagh would be into it

Maybe! he seems amused as Dagmar points stuff out. And truly, some is new to him, he was raised up over here after all. He rolls back a sleeve so that his tattoo can peek out of it so chooses. “Funny how da’an works.” He whispers to Dagmar. “I used up my points with ‘moog already, and now we’re in Koreatown. I promised not to bother him for a few months though. At least not until after the new year. And he’d say that’s in February.”

They are dropped off..either a block from the target or at the front of the building,depending on which they prefered?

"Well, we can do this."

"Even without the snake."

He shakes his head at her. “Dragon in training.” A small grin.

The are parked very close to their destination indeed. It's actually turning into Symon's kind of place.. shaded, out of the way, easy to get lost in.

"Thanks again! Do you need food? We can bring back takeout when we're done."

He nods. “Thanks for the ride.”

The troll nods but says "Food is not necessariy" And some of the smells denote this is where the REAL Korean food can be found. The store they seek? The one so hard to pronounce? Chae-juh-im-kum which can mean 'the lowliest' or 'King'.. or, oddly, Minimum Wage

He sniffs the air. Scents bringing back just the vaguest twinges of memory, from when he was so young... then gone. Not unpleasant. Reminiscent. Some... many.. sluagh revel in the past. Time to move forward. “That should be the place.”

"Awesome. You should probably lead."

A shrug, and he heads forward towards the shop at the address provided. Does it look... open?

There's someone inside... and he notices a minor enchantment, a veiling.. most mortals will just walk on by. Yeah, it's open, almost reluctantly

He checks the door and opens it softly, listening for the tell-tale jingle or chime to alert a shopkeeper.

Dagmar follows, ducking her head to get through the door.

It chimes... teeny chimes within chimes...

"Hello" A voice says "I am Miss Pock-Sun. Some friends call me Pocky Sue. I wonder if we are to be friends?" and the woman, middle aged, steps forward, and smiles when she sees Symon.

Dagmar starts to wave, then starts to bow, then looks at Symon for a clue.

He gives a polite greeting to her, smiling back even as he greets her. With the greeting more for an older sister perhaps or upper classman, not an elder. Some middle aged ladies can be complimented! Is she one of them? “Hello, Miss Pock-Sun. I think we would like it if we were.”

Kenning her curiously.

Bowing! okay!

She's a changeling... and.. and she bows, as she rises, her mein flares, and it's much more like the chimera he's seen than any kith he knew about
