Jess finishes her meal before the brothers do.

Indeed, they are bottomless pits

The ladies Do give her coffee to go though

She sips.

And there is a knock

at the kitchen door

Chewing, she looks to see who knocks.

They open the door, and bow "Regent?"

"I heard Jessica got poisoned, let me in, please" Mitra says

"Let her in." Jess stands "I'm ok, Baroness."

Mitra comes in, bows "Your excellency" Then grips Jessica's arm, not the one holding the mug and gives it a welcome warrior grip " I really hate getting just the basics. What happened?"

Jessica grips back, catches Mitra, and looks at her. "Why?"

"Why? Because I hear 'you got poisoned' and no details on who or wahat did it?"

"I did. I'm healed. Thallain."

"Thallian? Do you need aid in patrols?"

"Not here, but watch your own."

"I'll have them on yellow alert so to speak." Then she notes the coffee "Can I Join you for a drink? I can update you on news in my barony"
