The night of teeth was quite successful, the man terrorized, and the redcaps restrained themselves from direct violence! One did eat a rat right in front of him while he was enchanted to make a point.

Jessica listens to the report; happily, she knew what she was walking into and was braced for it. "It wasn't part of my instructions, but did you see how he woke up?"

"Oh a sluagh kept watch, waiting their turn? And said he was baggy eyed" Phobos grins "Don't think he 'slept' well at all. heh heh"

"Good. Ok, I have to go by there. Thanks." She reaches and lifts her maul.

"Looks to have a good start, boss" He nods as Jessica puts the maul into her hand

She nods, and heads out to 'wander past' the guy's house.

She took his gun, and she doesn't think he's gotten a replacement, not it matters much. There's a lingering scent of glamour. She may wonder if he's still enchanted in there. He's boarded up a window.

She knocks on the door; gently but audibly.

"Who.. who's there? " the man's spanish is slurred, perhaps a lack of sleep, perhaps a surplus of terror

"La brujah."

"La brujah azul."

"get the hell away" the door opens a crack, the man gazes at the blue giant through the slit and slams the door again

He's enchanted all right

Should wear off in an hour or two she suspects

"How did you sleep?"

"They ATE ..things in front of me. THey ..they.. piggish eyes, such hunger... that poor rat!"

"Not so well, then?"

"What is your name?"

"I'm not giving you more power over me, Bruja bitch"

"As you choose. I will give you a name, then, for me to know and use."

"Do you want to know what I know?"

"What.. what do you know?" It takes him a minute to screw up his courage to ask

"Tonight your Dreams will have no teeth."

A laugh, but it sounds hysteria ridden "How could no teeth be worse than teeth?"

"You'll answer that question tonight."

"Think about all the people you've offered violence to, my friend. How do you feel?"

"What's mine is MINE" but he says it behind a closed and now locked door

"Then ask yourself this question. Do you want to be -mine-? I will come back tomorrow and tell you your name. Ask yourself if this possessiveness is worth it. Sleep well."

She leaves, but carefully; she watches to make sure he's not going to come after her, or fire a shot from a new gun.

He does not. And she takes a slow but seemingly safe walk away

She heads back to Fenix, hoping that her soft threat is not in vain and there -are- sluagh ready to pitch in while enjoying themselves.

Indeed, she sees Diego waiting for her "There's a table of sluagh who have arrived. I set them up in that little parlor area, with all the tea they could want. It seems to turned into quite a coven of conniving conviviality"

"They're here? Good, thank you Diego...." and she goes to meet the guests.

"Dont' forget to knock.." He advises as she goes "softly, that is"

"Mm." she agrees, and does so.

the whispering going on in there sounds at best like a light breeze on reeds. When she knocks, gently, it silences, and then , a moment later, the door opens.

And a nun greets her, "Countess, god spread his comforting shadow over you"

"Thank you Sister. And thank you all for coming. May I join you?"

Her voice is pitched quiet.

"Please" she says opening the door, three other female sluagh are at the table. They rise and spread fingers over their chests

"This is Miss Krumpett, and this is Miss Tuffet" Twin wilders are introduced, wearing a lot of lace. "This is Miss miércoles"

miércoles is dressed in simpler black fare

"Would you care to join us for tea?" The nun says gently

"I would be honored." she murmurs, trying to be less LARGE as a giant. "Welcome to Fenix, ladies."

It would appear Diego though of everything, a large cup, untouched, waits for her use, and one chair is ...well, she won't feel like her butt is being bisected to sit on it

She takes her seat. "I trust I find you all well?"

"oh, most well, Countess" Miss Krumpett says, "We we're delighted to..."

"...hear we might be of service" Miss Tuffet finishes smoothly.

"I hear we have a wife beater? does that mean we can turn him into an undergarment?" miércoles inquires
