"Yes.. I remeber they were tagged as 'Red spear rising'"

"Red spear rising...."

"I know, sounds like a damned terrorist group" he frowns

"Maybe Narcos?"

"Possible" He admits

"You've given me something to think about, Senor, thank you."

"I wish I could do more..something was hateful about those people. Be careful"

"I will be. You, too, Senor. Be careful. If you need anything, let Father V know."

"I will"

"Good."

And, if there's nothing further, she makes her way home. Her awareness is elevated, she watches her surroundings, but her thoughts are full in spite of it.

If she's being followed, she misses it

And then home to the welcome of Fenix.

"Miss Jessica!" One of her legs gets hugged. Ariel greets her

"Hello Ariel."

"You stopped the Chupacabra!"

"-We- stopped the Chupacabra. LoLo, Demos, and Phobos, actually."

"Well, yes, I would thank them but they're redcaps and terrifying"

she blushes 'don't tell Tex I said that"

"I won't." Jess assures her "I understand."

"Good. You can't let redcaps KNOW they scare you, they get really obnoxious"

She nods. "I know."

"But they did do a good job. I guess I should bring them some food sometime"

"That would be a very real way of showing your thanks." she approves.

"I guess they eat almost anything. Do you think meat?"

She nods. "Redcaps can eat anything, but that doesn't mean they don't have preferences. Maria and Rosa might be able to advise you on that."

"I'll go ask em"

"Smart girl." Jess approves.

"Oh, do you wan t anything to eat?"

"No, thankyou. I ate while I was out. Excuse me, I need to see Constance." And she heads to the library.

She finds Constance wearing a new dress and grabbing her purse

"Hello Constance. Um."

"Do you have some paper and a pen?"

"You know what? Nevermind, I have some in my room. I got this. I'll... um, let me know when you get back." and she withdraws.

"I... wait I.." She moves after "Countess, did you need me?"

"Nope! Nope. I've got some notes and some evidence, I might see what I can find out about it, but that's for me to handle."

"Okay if you're sure?"

"Sure!" she calls back.

And walks to her chambers thinking of who in all the County she might take a poison dart to.

A good question

Even if she doesn't she has notes to make while events are fresh in her mind. So she will do that after putting the dart somewhere safe, and settling in.

She puts the notes down

I can get those to Constance later. She examines the dart visually, handling it as little as possible, thinking -who- might ....

She wraps it up and stands, heading out of her rooms in search of Otem.

She finds Otem

"Do you have a moment?"

"For you? Of course"

"Can you tell me what you know of this?" she offers the wrapped dart.

He looks at it "A blow dart. One with a toxin meant to send one into a frenzy of fury"

"That would have been ... a problem." she mutters. "Does the phrase 'Red Spear Rising' mean anything to you?"
