Tito Woden has the news rushing in, "I ha.ve... news..." Breathing hard " We need.. to get someone to the streets.. now... summestrike lands.. we have to cross the border"

By border, he means the baronal one!

"Why?" But to Jessica's credit, she is moving, Mail in hand.

"If we cross that border, we declare war..." Mitra says

"In my vision, we already had.." Tito-Woden says

"Which is why I want to know Why!!"

"Your Vision?!?!"

"You told me to see where the countess was, but scrying didn't work, not exactly so I omened... It's vague. I am not Boo ahaman or whatever they are" He explains "But I saw a phoenix with dark plumage pecking at the entrails of the Countess.. it looked like OUR banner, but.. not."

Mitra says "And on tthat you want us to go into the other barony?"

Tito-Woden says "The choice is hers" he looks to Jessica, "But yes."

Turns out Jessica must have picked up quite a Mexican vocabulary from Duff at some point.... ".... Where on the border?"

"Just beyond the border between your fief and summerstrikes" he gestures hurriedly

Jessica calls the spot to mind, seeking any vantage point she could deploy guards to.

She can order them to clamber onto some buildling roofs just at the edge and hope for a better look out...

"Tito Woden, if I move forces arpund and this is a distraction, we will be vulnerable. Are you sure?"

"78.777 percent sure" He says. the normally arrogant troll seer looks unnerved

"I do -not- love those odds."

Tito-Woden throws his hands up "you asked!"

She looks at Mitra for her thoughts.

"We do this, we are commited to a war if we get spotted, and yet Tito-Woden... well, he seems sure. My thought? Go in, but do it by sending someone undercover... in a form not theirs. Make sure they have some way to get back quickly." She looks at Tito-Woden "You fancy yourself a shape shifter as well a a seer yes?"

"I can shape shift myself or another " He agrees

Mitra looks at Jessica "Your call"

She thinks, nods. "Tito, you go. Don't het caugjt or killed. I will put who we can afford, to watch in the area. Mitra, you are in charge of that. Be ready to go to Tito and the Countess's aid -and- raise the alarm. If they are in trouble I do -NOT- want it a secret."

Tito-Woden takes a deep breath, "yes. But .. Well, I'll have you on speed dial." and he moves off shifting form

Mitra nods "I'll get the watch"

"Go carefully." Jessica advises, and sets out on her own towards the area.

Without mask or veil, and without a patrol... Jessica moves on her own. Does she go boldly , or try to stealth as she slips across the border?

She finds the high ground, and gets to the litteral 'could spit across it' angle

BIC: She hears sounds in the distance, while she doesn't see anything from here... the sounds are hard to make out.. someone yelling something over and over again

Damn She cups her hands around her ears to boost the volume and direction.....

Soemone is yelling Fenix? Can that be right?

She fidgets. Does it sound like Tito?

No it... her phone buzzes

With a soft growl she looks at it.

Tito

She answers. "Yes?"

"HELP! They're wearing.... Fenix colors and ... one looks like you... they're killing the counte..." and a cry of pain and the phone goes dead

Jessica leaps and at a dead run crosses the border towards the sounds, Mail at the ready.

She comes around into the scene to see a Gwydion beserker troll in all her glory fighting..oh, everyone! her personal guard dead around her...the Countess's axe strikes and cleaves at Diego, and Mitra.. and... and her!

"RENAISSANCE!!!!" She charges in swinging at... well, what appear to be people, fighting to join the Countess at her side.

A dangerous thing as the countess does not seem to know friend from foe, fortunately she has targets.

In on corner, Tito-Woden has a spear in his back and...

while not dead, appears too injured to move

Jess gives the Countess the room she needs but lays into those she can reach, hoping her -real- allies need her call.

The other Jessica looks at well, the real Jessica and says "She's here ? Kill her now, her body will add to the evidence"
